there was a verse in brain damage, where he got picked on by a bully and his mom hit his head with the remote and his brain fell out of his skull, which I don't think that really happened. LOL. And he talks about his slutty wife kimberly. Why marry her anyways!!

of course i know music rhymes. the reason the have little talent in REAL music is becuase real music has to be timed specifically with every other instrument. and, the have to be very coordinated as in strumming the guitar and placing your fingers correctly at the same time.

rap music doesn't suck, but i dislike anyone who only does rap, and then call themselves 'artists'. i mean, some bands do decent rap songs [like terrorvision], but the point is that they ARE a band: they actually play instruments, instead of just pressing 'play' on the tape, and then shouting a bit. eminem has more talent than most manufactured commercial pop 'artist's do, but that isn't saying much, and he's still manufactured and commercial. that much IS fact.
now for the opinion: i don't like his music, either, but i don't hold anything against people who do, which shows the difference between me and you people, who just totally attacked Joe for just expressing his opinion. he wasn't attacking you, he was attacking eminem, so you had no right to start on him like that. it's people like you who give rap fans the bad name they have. |
Joe started it with us Okay. He kept saying that rap sucked and all that, he had no right to start strife like that. We said his music sucked because he said our music sucked. He came out of no where saying it and provoked people to get mad at him. So Rettick, People like us give rap music a bad name? What? Rap is just music, it does'nt influence everyone.

he has every right to say what he likes about rap. if he doesn't like it, that's fine, he can dislike it. what is NOT nice is you then turning round and attacking HIM! find out what music he's into first, then say it's crap! god, at least he didn't say rap was shit just to piss you off, whereas you were obviously just trying to piss him off, because you didn't even know what music he liked in the first place!

I know but still, he is not going to expect peace by him saying that rap sucks and getting people mad. Keep things to your own self or like my mom always say, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all". If he does'nt like rap fine, but getting people mad on what they listen too, that's going too far. He said rap sucks ass and that's worst as saying that it is shit! And he already told us the music he listens too, and you don't see me going on and on and on about how his music sucked. No on has the same taste. No one said he had to like rap. I mean, hello, respect other people because some people here like rap yo! No one here is saying, oh joe your music sucks. Not until he attacked us first!
