I think the Green Suit Glukkon's defining characteristic was always his ability to question other figures of authority. He never took things at face value - he always asked the right questions, like "Whatcha gonna do about it?" and lest we mention... "Huh?". Truly questions worth asking, from the mind of a genius. I think that's what gave his character so much integrity.

I was never able to really tell what he said; it always sounded so vague and muffled. Does he actually say "My God?" I somehow always heard it as something like "Ey duh" or similar. But then again, I never could make out their speech in the original beyond a few words.
