Bought the Playstation yesterday. Made a US account. Literally couldn't wait a day longer, one hour to go now.

I'm hoping (in Australia) it will come out at midnight AEST time, which would be 10pm for me in Western Australia, which is in 27 mins. So I'll update if it comes out then :P
(I'm 8 hours ahead of the UK tho so maybe it will go by their time)

Yes, but maybe just stopping the download and starting it again would have connected you to a faster/less busy server. My point was that the DNS check is only a minor factor in overall internet access time for this sort of thing. It shouldn't make a difference.

Psn store in EU updates between 12pm and 8pm, and it really does vary! Last time I waited for a game it was released at 7:30pm. This is why I hate the fact that PSN needs regions, when they all have the same content! It's like the EU gets left out..

On the PSN twitter or Sony Twitter, they said for AU region, the game will be out on Thursday the 24th July. :c

Of all the games that are coming out, New N Tasty (at the time I bought my PS4) was only coming out for the Playstaion consoles and not Xbox, all other games I wanted were being released on both systems so I decided to get a PS4. That is except Forza 5, I really wish I could play that.
