i've heard that before but i wasn't sure if it was true when America was doing something very similar with the indians during the relocation/reservation hoohar before the Boer Wars. i'm not disagreeing with you because i understand its generally accepted as truth, it's just something about it doesn't sit right with me. i mean surely there was a time before 1888 or whenever where someone had the bright idea to put their enemies in a guarded camp awaiting execution.
