Do they count as cartoons?

I'm pretty sure we were talking about Disney television shows, though. And I know there have been good Disney shows before, but none that I know of for the last 4-5 years.

Can we all agree that Phineas & Ferb is a stupid show and is undeserving of all the praise it gets?

Does anyone remember The Busy World of Richard Scarry? I watched that when I was like, five. Everyone wore swiss clothing and was a cleverly humanized animal.

I watched the shit out of that show when I was a maggot. I actually had an episode on tape, which I think was the pilot, as the character designs were slightly different and the worm guy never spoke.
