TBH I don't recall reading any OWF RPGs. I don't think I ever visited the subforum. Is it shittier than the rest?

Actually I tried slicing up the theme and such a while ago, and it didn't go well. Whoever sliced it up in the first place did a horrible job. Or maybe it's just the forum software.
Honestly just building a new theme from scratch would be less hassle.

Isn't that entirely subjective? It's empty right now, so make of it what you will. It's probably still better than Hacks and Mods.
