Bought. Kinda useless product, costume quite cool but again useless, but I feel like I'm trying to fund OWI as a charity to bring back oddworld so I'm hoping that my £1.59 made a difference haha. Clown post I know but meh my opinion haha.

What's your cut off point for useless? Once you bring into question the usefulness of a purely aesthetic purchases for a computer game, you call into question the usefulness of TF2 hats, DLC, Updates, Games themselves, jewellery, cats, skateboards, art, lager, space exploration, photoshop, fashion, advertising, clowns, or even novelty ties.

Most things that exist are useful on some level ;)

Glitch sit doon and calm doon as we say in Scotland haha. All I'm saying is its that its a costume and thats it, I didn't expect anything more. I'm not trying to slate it at all. I ain't into the whole TF2 hats thing but some people are and I would say that this LBP2 costume falls into that category. The costume is cool, but I bought it to help oddworld. Btw your right though lager is useless and might I add rank. Guinness is the Don of drink:p

It's a costume. It is all for looks.

I wasn't angry (althought looking at it I did sort of come off that way), I was just musing on the usefulness of things. As a designer of inherently useless stuff I feel it's important to note that most things are useless in western society. It's the useless stuff that make life more fun.

OMG I would buy a Glukkon one in a second; not sure how you would slap people with your arms under your suit though. Maybe now the LBP community will start making more Oddworld themed levels.

Back in the Summer I started remaking Abe's Oddysee in LBP2, and it was going great! It had gamespeak on all the correct buttons (thanks to being able to record my voice and lots of circuits), Sackbot Mudokons with emotions and speech, that could reply and follow you when told, wait, etc. Even had Abe's fart and made the Muds run away if you were too close at the time, or laugh if you were far away, just like AE :p

Waste of time in a way because I never made any more of the level. Maybe I'll get back to it someday!

Munch is supposed to be ugly anyway. I don't know why everyone is so horrified.
