I dislike when some individuals base their entire personality around their sexuality. To me, sexuality is just a small part of who you are. I can't understand those who constantly try and force their sexuality down people's throats.

I thought I was bi last year. But I'm not. Whoop. I don't think I ever said anything to any one though.

When you live a sheltered life and suddenly come into contact and understanding with people who are different it is natural to question yourself.

Yeh well if I am going to be brutally honest I used to be homophobic believing mindlessly that being homosexual was evil and you would go to Hell for it. Thank goodness I had a wake up call and started thinking for myself. If I look back on me two years ago I just get disgusted by how I thought. Then when I thought I was bi it came as a massive shock. It did however open my eyes up even more to what the gay crowd feel like before they come out if that's what you call it. I never told anyone, but I suppose it's lucky I didn't because it would be weird to then go back and say, "no wait turns out I'm not..."

So yeah, STM. Relating back to the death thread where you justified the killings of certain animals because the bible said it was okay: do you think gay people should be put to death, as the bible says?

Moxco, You did not address only gay discrimination. You included friggin Wizards too in your post.
Your post would not have added anything to the topic. Your goal was to criticize STMs religion. If you had wanted to make a gay-related post, you would have made more effort not to just be provoking.


Also, Im fairly sure STM does NOT think gay people should die because the bible is against it. Nowhere did he ever imply that, and he even said he's become more accepting of gay people.

If you had had a genuine curious question to ask STM, your post would not have been as confronting.

Now please. Try and keep this thread on topic. Don't turn it into a religious debate. Don't try to smash his faith. We have other threads for that.


Now if STM wants to elaborate on his thoughts on the bible's words against homosexuals, he can do that(But really... Keep it on topic).

I said the same thing to my friend when he came out. Four of my friends, actually, though two (as I mentioned before) are "halfway out", so to speak. Hate to toot my own horn, but I'm usually pretty good at figuring out if someone's gay or not.

I honestly don't know what my dad would do if I brought home a guy. He already mocked me when I came out as bi a few years ago.

On the same night my mum didn't believe I was "truely" attracted to guys, she asked me if I was seeing this person out of desperation because I couldn't get a girlfriend.

Then one of my grandparents told me that I should keep it all a huge secret and never tell anybody in our area because they woudl all hate it, little does she realise is that there are plenty of openly gay people round here, she wouldn't believe me though, and last night I was actually out in the pub with 4 of them! So that definatly prooves her wrong.
