Urgh. Now we're going to be faced with years and years of noobs claiming that Nod actually is true, quoting Max's post.

As far as I know, Nod's Oddysee was just a rumour, a false one that is.

Not that we know about. It's theoretically possible that some of the art that they published was planned to be used in Squeek, but it was never labelled as such.

Oh, then I got the conversation wrong, I thought there was some gameplay from Squeek's. Never mind my question. :P

Given that Sherry was the first person Lorne convinced to 'join the team', as Oddhunter puts it, there couldn't have been any gameplay available at the time.

Unless all the game play was given to him by aliens. Blue aliens. In spaceships.

I really want to see Squeek just to see how a game revolving around a parasite works. Or is parasitism not confirmed?

The story heavily involves symbiosis. That's all we know.

Ah. That would make for interesting game play.

The game is based on Squeek running around FeecoDepot's air ducts :p.

I can already taste the "natives = symbiotes, industrialists = parasites*" moral.

*Ironically a complete reversal of Ayn Rand's beliefs

I hate the use of the word ‘symbiosis’ to mean ‘mutualism’.
