Sonic Adventure is fucking awesome, you bite your tongue. Sure, it has its flaws, but it's just so much fun.

Big is an elaborate glitch in the game code they've yet to fix, there's no way Sonic Team would do something like that on purpose.

Most of Sonic 3D game love is pure nostalgia from my generation. I know this because I played SA2 a few months back after how remembering how awesome it was.

The Sonic Adventure games look soooo much better on the Dreamcast and they are fun games with cool music and definitely the best 3D Sonic games ever.

I just beat Portal 2.

Hands down one of the best games I have ever played. I loved every single bit of singleplayer. Now I just have to play through the final co-op courses with my friend.

I'm playing Mortal Kombat and it kicks ass! To bad the psn is down :/ EDIT: oh yeah, I hate to say it, but I like many others am a scorpion freak... but so far in the new MK my favorite character is smoke.

Played MK at a friends house, really fun stuff. The amount of content packed into it compared to other fighters(MvC3) is staggering. Seems to be a bit more balanced to boot. I found myself using Johnny Cage a lot, with some Nightwolf and Stryker on the side. My friend got the last copy at Toys R Us, so Ill have to drive a bit more to get it on sale tomorrow. Either was it was loads of fun. Only complaint was it was hard to get a match in online, maybe because we were playing tag team though.

I just played through portal 1 because i'm too poor to get awesome new games like Mortal Kombat and Portal 2.

Mortal Kombat is 17+ in the US, 18+ games aren't banned, but no one will ever sell them. Australia seems bat shit insane in this regard, which is a shame, since the country itself seems beautiful. I assume you are in Australia.

Have you considered that maybe he's not yet 18?

I really doubt that that's what keeping him from playing it, its fairly easy to acquire things your age prevents.

The main reason it isn't released here is because it's so easy to obtain games with age ratings that exceed your age, I assume.

I got every single achievement in Portal 2 few days ago. Now I'm done with it for a while.

Mortal Kombat has kept me busy though, I wanna beat the arcade with everyone to see everyone's endings.

So far I've beaten the 'ladder' with:

- Kung Lao
- Jade
- Nightwolf
- Scorpion
- Liu Kang
- Sektor

Definitely Cyrax next, then probably Kabal, Kitana and so on.

I bought Outland yesterday and I love it. The artstyle reminds me of Oddworld a bit and it's overall a beautiful game. I like the simple combat and the ability to switch between darkness and light is pretty cool.

I definitely recommend it.

Playing the nostalgia that Super Mario 64. It's always bothered me that I didn't 100% that game myself (a friend did it for me =() so I've made that my objective. Doing pretty well so far.

Finally got my copy of Okami back from a friend (who never even bothered playing it), so I'll be spending the evening playing that.

I'm doing Jedi Academy. Great game, very underrated. Plus, add a thousand Final Fantasy mods and you have near-perfection! As in, playing as Vincent Valentine wielding the Lionheart killing George Lucas.

If there's no difference between the Wii version and the PS2 version than I may be able to help.

I never minded getting stuck in that game because I just went and fished until I figured out what I had to do.

I bought Splinter Cell Conviction a few days ago, beat it pretty quick. It's an awesome game. I've never been much for Stealth games but this one got it right. It was also cheap so I reccomend you pick it up.

Also FEAR 2. I spoiled the ending for myself a looooooong time ago you are raped by a ghost , but everything that happens surrounding THAT is a big piss off. Still good for the price.
