Take the "Visit to the Doc" cutscene from Stranger's Wrath, from the point where Doc places the stack of papers on the desk, after which Stranger puts the money next to the stack, and after which Doc mumbles something (here could be a short Medic laughter) and puts down the papers with the costs of the operation on them, followed by Stranger's surprise. And put in the voice responses I linked in at each part.

You could use that 'My Name Is...' idea that AlexFili did ages ago. The remake of the Eminem song with Oddworld quotes.

Also, how about using that TV screen at the start of FeeCo. Depo. Abe presses the button, and the video that comes up is Rick Astley's 'Never Gonna Give You Up'. Abe's been rickroll'd! Zoom out to show Abe (preferably still with the video superimposed on the screen), who growls (Angry noise) and runs to the right, pulling the suicide lever.

how about abe,and a mud near a cliff,abe says i belive i can fly and runs to the right,and the mud says what the f*ck are you doing! and then we see abe fall and die saying:im flying!Or you could do that by adding i am superman,and the mud says,yeah right,then abe hits the wall and falls in a pit saying:my powers have left...me..
