yeh count out the sulfur dioxide from the volcano, it's great XD I like that there's no contrails so some times, no clouds, first time since 1930!!!

Sorry, what?

Wil 04-19-2010 05:39 AM

Presumably he lives in a place with heavy air traffic, such that, cloud cover permitting visibility, there is always at least one contrail in the sky.

Nate 04-19-2010 06:10 AM

But what am I counting?

Wil 04-19-2010 07:29 AM

Unless you're trying to count to 1930... nothing?

Nate 04-19-2010 05:02 PM

I thought I was counting the outside of some sulfur dioxide, or something.

Anyway, whatever. All jokes aside, I think my point has been made about how Scrabtrapman needs to put rather more effort in to his posts..

Ah, clear sky, nice weather and no noise pollution from planes. This may be the best natural disaster ever.

I don't think planes are the cause of bad weather.

That middle statement is exclusive from the other two, he means that it's not hailing down soot and molten glass and shit.

Dipstikk 04-20-2010 09:15 AM

The UK has angered the volcano gods with their love of fish and chips, hatred of middle-easterners and Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Also, Last of the Summer Wine is a good show thank you for sending it to America I like it

MA 04-20-2010 10:25 AM

fucking Last of the Summer Wine. Open All Hours has some slapstick value to it, send that over there.

Wings of Fire 04-20-2010 10:27 AM

Open All Hours is a glorious show. Ronnie Barker at his best.

OddjobAbe 04-20-2010 10:29 AM

Excellent stuff. That and Porridge. I really like Porridge.

MA 04-20-2010 10:31 AM

i preferred OAH to Porridge, to be honest. Porridge was good, but Ronnie fit the part in OAH perfect. that fucking stutter.

Pe-pe-pe-pe-pe-exactly.

OddjobAbe 04-20-2010 10:32 AM

Oh, Christ, yes. They couldn't have got anyone better to play that part. I'll have to save up a bit of brass and buy the DVD.

OANST 04-20-2010 10:34 AM

Not to be a dick, but you use some of the most irritating colloquialisms I have ever seen.

Wings of Fire 04-20-2010 10:37 AM

I was never that keen on Porridge, Fletcher and the warden were good characters but I couldn't quite suspend my disbelief enough to accept Beckinsale's naive manchild of a character.

Rising Damp is where it's at.

MA 04-20-2010 10:42 AM

oh no! i can't stand Rising Damp. that's the only program from that era i just cannot abide.

Dipstikk 04-20-2010 12:10 PM

Father Ted is a show from Ireland, right?

...Or is it all by the BBC?

DIPSTIKK IS UNFAMILIAR WITH EUROPEAN TELEVISION PROGRAMS WHILE I PLAY UNFITTING MUSIC

OddjobAbe 04-20-2010 12:12 PM

It was Irish, and it wasn't aired on BBC. I can remember it being on Channel 4 when it first came out.

Yeah, if I recall, I read that the BBC didn't air it because of its controversial content.

"FECK OFF, CUP!"

To avoid being killed by the falling glass I recommend making a conical shape out of tinfoil, sellotaping the end together and wearing it on your head.

MA 04-20-2010 03:40 PM

that or a saucepan.

If 2012 has taught us anything, your city will now crack and shake and collapse for no reason and tornados will pop out of nowhere and eat everyone.

You should just wait inside until you die, or attempt to steal a light plane to outrun the disaster.

abe619 04-21-2010 03:42 AM

i didn't see 2012, and the world isn't going to end in 2012, atleast not that way that is displayed in the movies.

You're right. At this rate the world will end somewhere late 2010...

MeechMunchie 04-21-2010 09:14 AM

Father Ted was brilliant. Shame Dermot Morgan's dead. NUNS! REVERSE! REVERSE!

Oh, and all that is not p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-pork is p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-pie, and all that is not p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-pie is p-p-p-p- well just try one and see for yourself.

abe619 04-21-2010 01:29 PM

what the heck was that supposed to be?

EDIT:
@Havoc: i was thinking more of 2030's.

MeechMunchie 04-21-2010 04:44 PM

It was supposed to be your small mind attempting to work out my big words, like 'Pie'.
