I just paraphrased what you said, because I couldn't remember the exact wording.

I was taught in sex ed that two condoms creates more of a risk since the friction from rubbing causes fatigue in the latex molecular bond, causing it to rupture easier.

I've never had Sex Ed. But I don't think I ever would have thought of putting on two condoms anyway.
