Those who are promoting sexual abstinence do not use that justification, no.
Anal sex is just as bad as pre-marital sex in their eyes, if not worse. I don't know their stance on oral, I think that varies depending on the faction of Christianity. In some states in the US, anal sex is even illegal.

Eh... where I am second base is handjob/footjob/fingering/oral/ect, and third base is just intercourse of both vaginal and anal kind, or at least so my boyfriend said, I don't really pay attention to the "base"-system much. x3
