Thank you. At least now we have a release day. Was kind of hoping it would be released this thursday though, oh well.

I have to say though, this site is for the UK. The UK Has a seperate PSN store than the US, so is it possible it may come to the PSN US earlier than the UK's PSN store?

The whole reason I want it to be released is so I can play it on my PSP, and have it on the go. I Guess I just have to hope and pray it will be released for the PSP too.

Only 2 weeks, so not too bad I suppose.

Something else I noted, but minor:
It says they will be released October 21st, which falls on a wednesday. But the PSN store is only updated on thursdays, so they will actually be available on the 22nd

What I don't understand is this:
One source there is from the UK , they use british pounds. The other source is from the US. Both have the same release date. Does this mean it will be released in the UK *and* the US on the same date?

ESRB has rated them as well, and oddworld's creator Lanning said they signed the contract and should come to PSN 'very soon'.

Be aware though its actually the 22nd, the games get uploaded on PSN on wednesday but don't go live until the next day.

They're basically exactly the same as the original, only you have to configure your own controls, but it's still just as fun. If you don't have it, get it. It's nice that Abe became portable(with the exception of the GB games, caught myself there).

No, there are never trophies for classic psx games

Why is it called PSx? What's the x for?

PSX (PlayStation Experimental) was an internal code name for the PlayStation during development.

Sort of like when you look at the code on your ds, it says NTR. The ds's code name was nitro.

There is no release date for it in Europe, but hopefully soon.

I was going to buy it the other day, but Walmart didn't have any of the twenty dollar PSN cards. They had plenty of fifty dollar cards, but I had no intention of spending that much.

Wait to buy it... seriously. The Oddworld Library might have something for the members quite soon.
