in my opinion you ended it too fast. It just too short :)

a good author always knows how long or short to make his chapters and overall stories.

in my opinion he did well to end it there. it leaves it open for a sequel and leaves some of the mystery of Skillya in tact.

the ending was sad.

but it's ten tmies shorter than average s-f story :P

I guess I just ran out of ideas. Maybe I'll continue this somewhere down the line. Meanwhile I've managed to write 5 chapters of the Alien vs Oddworld story in the space of 30 minutes! I guess some stories are easier to write for than others :D. Glad you like the stories so far.

Fascinating... I always expected Skillya to be a menacing and evil creature with a lust for sliggy stew.

One of the seven deadly sins. I see Skillya as having two sides. On one hand, the emotional mother figure... on the other hand, a babe with a vicious attitude, she can eat you up and spit you out. (Although I doubt shes a cannibal).
