Ick, 'realistic' graphical avatars always look fugly, I'll take my hyper realistic bouncy little dude any day.

And the 360 Avatars do look significantly better.
They look more realistic (PS3 has them all beat on that), but I don't think they look better. I've made about fifty Mii's, and only one 360 avatar. The Mii's are a lot more fun to make.
