Yes, but I always liked imagining Abe's Oddysee with all the stuff canceled from the final game.
It wasn't really cancelled. Just developed.
You want cancelled, check out the original storyline. |
First, the Free-Fire zone in the Stockyards. The landscapes are wonderful, the night is beautiful with all the star and the moons, the music is although very good. Then the Monsaic Lines, because this level, is the first time when Abe discover his culture, and because of the design of the level. Paramonia, because it's very quiet and the tall trees are very beautiful.
Finally, Scrabania is (I think so) the better one. The red-orange sky is beautiful, the rocks landscape are awesome, and the music is very good too. That's why I think, AO is one of my most prefer game;). |
I like Mosaic Lines too, the scenarios of it are so beautiful and green.
I love the stockyards! You ever notice that it gets darker when you go farther and it gets lighter when you go back? I love the background, darkness, music, and blowing up slogs by makin' 'em mad by throw rocks at 'em. :D
Note: You ever notice the hung modokens on the sticks? |
:
I'd love to... |
Is original the film version, or the early game version? Hmm.
:
Blowing up slogs is fun. |
Are the hung Mudokons on the second screen?
Worker Mudokons do not possess genitalia.
Which begs the question, why do they ware loincloths?
EDIT: A thought's just come to me. Not trying to be gross or anything, but how do Queen mudokons get their eggs fertalised? Is there a king Mudokon, like with termites? Or are they born fertile? |
I thought the common consensus was that worker mudokons did possess genitalia. albeit useless and much reduced?
:
Why do Mudokons wear loincloths if they have no sexual organs? If worker Mudokons are asexual, are there fertile male Mudokon drones like there are in bee, ant, and wasp colonies? |
Oh right. But it doesn't tell you much about fertile males. Do they look different than ordinary males? Are there any still around? If so, where?
Ok this is getting off topic so I'll shut up now. |
We've never seen them. For all we know certain factors might cause a worker to metamorphose into a drone.
Are the mudokens seen in the portrait of Sam drones?
Okay, this is really getting off topic. I'll just say that Zulag 4 is the best part of the RuptureFarms levels and wait until this thread gets on topic again.
Maybe someone should start a new topic about the reproduction of the Mudokon species?
Or you could use the Search feature and read all the past threads about that topic.
I was joking.
Sounds like an opportunity for another essay.
I like Zulag 4 because of the green backgruond and the Mudokons behind electric barriers (maybe this thread will get on topic after this post).
Oops. Forgot about that. ^^; I also love the Scrab nests and Paramite nests. I like running away from them.
EDIT. |
Necrum is from Abe's Exoddus, not Abe's Oddysee.
i love everything about Stockyards
its so creepy the moons and the sky look beautiful also the music is very nice I also love the way the level so cleverly made with the sligs and the mines |
My favourites are Stockyards for dirty fences and Rupture Farms for Grinding Areas and for the stocked barrels with processed meat on them :D. I like Paramonia too for the forests... I love them!
I love neary every place in AO. Just the last zulags are not my favourite, I don't know why. When I was younger, I liked most of stockyards, but nowadays I prefer paramonia. The landscape is great, and the paramoniantemple is so beautiful (Outside).
I love quick run levels in paramonian temple and scrabanian temple finals just becouse that i like quick reacting and run like a wind....I also Like stckyards Dun know Why
ya and paramonia too
Yeh the Nests are fun, but anoying when you play the game for the first time and don't know where everything is. (slig_guy, it's against the rules to double-post. Just use the Edit button next time :p)
