Ok the first thing to do here is to filter out lies and misconceptions.

1, Are they from Europe? If your answer was yes then you're an idiot because all borders in the EU are open and there is no such thing as an illegal alien. (I will cry if I hear an Alienmagi related joke at this point)

2, Are they actually illegal or are they refugees/asylum seekers? If your answer was 'I don't know' then you're an idiot for not doing backup research on the topic. Take note of which countries and ethnicity they are and this may help in deciding whether they are trying to escape persecution or 'merely' after a better standard of living.

3, Where do you get your high handed generalisations from? If Italy is anything like England then actions taken by immigrants that you read about in the media are blown up out of all proportion and isolated incidents are used as key examples by the press as to why 'Immigrants are ruining your country' whereas (again if Italy is anything like Britain as I don't know too much about your country) by looking at figures provided by the government (and not the press) you should be able to see that immigrants provide a boost to your countries economic and cultural wellbeing rather than a drain.

4, What, in your opinion, do they do to make Italy 'so crappy'? Thats the one question where the only person who can answer it is YOU AIN.
