I thought SSBB was using the Classic controller...there is hope, my friend :D For ODDWORLD! I hope at least they will still do the Oddworld movies though. If they are, I can't wait. |

How would the gamespeak go I wonder? Maybe they could do it like on the original PSX version and you have to hold L and press a button? |
Yes I am very exited about Munch on 360 but its very disappointing that the sound is that bad. Its still playable since the game speak stuff will work without you hearing it, but its less enjoyable.
I hope they patch it up again for a fix. Maybe we should write in about this. (And i think a patch is possible, ninja gaiden had to be patched about 15 times before it would let me play it on 360!) |
Oh great! I can play MO again!
OH WAIT. I SOLD THAT PILE OF CRAP YEARS AGO. CONFOUND IT! Give me a call when SW makes it to the 360. :p |
There's an emulator for Xbox
:
"link removed" There ar two, but the other only runs Halo 2. Too bad that I can't find anywhere to downoad a good ISO for Munch's oddysee :( If anyone finds some web page where I can download a good ISO (doesn't mather if it's a Zip. or a Rar. file) I'll be very gratefull :) |
Sorry I had to remove your link but it is not allowed to share illegal stuff on this forum, and an Xbox emulator is illegal.
|
Oh, I didn't know that, sorry I'll have that in my mind for the future

I was playing Munch's Oddysee earlier today and for a moment I was so happy. It appeared that the sound had be fixed.
Like for most of my Xbox 360 games my TV's volume is at 9. For MO I had to put it at 31, back when I played it right when it came out it was at 51. Anyways I'm hearing gamespeak and action sounds just fine, then I notice some of the sounds have a strange echo to them. Any talking that goes on longer then a couple seconds gets cut off, I never hear everything the Shaman says. Though this was annoying it was something I could except... until I got to the next level. The FMV was kind of choppy graphic wise, but that could of simply been because of my HDTV or w/e. As for the actual level itself I could no longer hear gamespeak and several action sounds were far too quiet. Oddly enough the farther I get into the game the quieter it gets. Some reward. I really wish I knew who exactly to complain too, if I've learned anything from playing WoW its if the community complains enough things happen. |
well if you want to complain, do it over here:

I am not the only one am I
I have just uploaded Munch's Oddysee onto the xbox 360. Don't mean to offend anyone but it was really bad. Better off sticking to xbox.
The backstory movie were slow and glitchy AND The most annoying for was the gamespeak was heardly heard. Just wondering if I am the only one with this? I do recall someone would get rid of of their xbox awhile back if OW:SW was on the list. If I am not the only one? DON'T!!!:P |

Your not the only one try to check the threads before posting.
There is already one here. |
When/if I get a 360 I'm gonna keep my old Xbox just in case old games don't work. I shouldn't really bother because I only have 3 Xbox games. I bought it just for MO and SW, and I also got Fable. :D
|
I haven't tried it yet because of how bad the patch sounds. I'm a little surprised that it's as bad as it is, though. They did a really good job on Psychonauts which is a much more full and complex game than Munch. The only problem I found with that patch was that about 80% of the time when you open your journal Raz's clothes turn blue afterwards.
