Uh, dunno about my IQ though... I might go see if there is some sort of IQ test I can take on the web or something.

Those web and TV IQ tests are all shonky. For one thing, a test that gives you 30 questions is not a full IQ test. For another thing, IQ tests by definition are scaled so that the average score is 100. So if the website or TV show proudly proclaim that the average score is 115 (as I have seen), something is very wrong.

Cancer, which, in a bitterly ironic way, is what would kill me, according to a quiz I took.

Darn.... I still have 2 IQ points to go... heh heh heh.

I took an IQ test once, it said I had an IQ of 144. I then discarded it because I'm really not that clever.

That average is only the average of the users who have taken that test. As I’ve told you before, any survey that people only take if they want to is statistically unsound (including election poll predictions). 100 would (hopefully) be the average of a randomly sampled population.

Maybe this thread should instead be retitled "What's your Star Sign and/or IQ?"

I'm a capricorn myself, though I don't know my IQ or what my Chinese Zodiac sign is (which is weird, since I just saw it recently). I don't know if I'll take an IQ test anytime soon, since one of my greatest fears is finding out that I'm either average or below average :p

My Chinese Zodiac is the Monkey. My mother's star sign/zodiac is Capricorn, Chinese Zodiac is the Tiger (Damn appropriate as she loves cats. And seems to have passed that onto me) and my Dad's star sign/zodiac is Scorpio and his Chinese Zodiac is the Rat. That should've narrowed down their birth dates nicely for you. :eeek:

We had a thread on people’s Chinese zodiac animals just a couple of months ago. Just like this thread concerns itself with star signs instead of proper horoscopes, that one concerned people’s outer animals rather than their full Chinese zodiac.

I dunno. Fairly, I guess.
