Seriously, it's good when old members return. Even if they were part of the Glass Asylum group who vowed to "Never Return". So are you guys living together? If so how long until you guys get married? Aaaaand. . . I'm back from Germany after having a wonderful time there. :) Was fun, I'll write about it on my Deviantart site later or something.

And yeah, maybe I did say that I'd never come back when all the stuff about the TGA/OWF split started, but that was ages ago. Then TGA collapsed and I buggered off to Furcadia and (later) World of Warcraft. lol, figures.

Still, times have changed, and hey, it's the Internet. :P Things like that aren't too important anymore. Guess I'm here to stay. . . Need things to take my mind off missing her, too. Time to start spamming. :P

What was the TGA? I hear about it, but right now I can't think of what it could be...

Do a search on The Glass Asylum. Read anything that comes up to see the drama that ensued, but the original introduction is a leaving thread by an old member named Danny, I believe.

Yeah, The Glass Asylum was where half of OWF went after Pilot kicked Sydney out of the OWF administion or something like that, even though he was the founder of OWF. It ripped the boards in two, but then they were kind of stagnant by then anyway if I remember correctly.

Makes me wonder if it was worth it or not though - Sydney then closed TGA down 'cause he couldn't be bothered to run it anymore. He could of given administration to someone else though and that made me and many others angry with him too. :P

Yay for Drama. All over some silly 'net forum. . . Hehe. :) But then this place has changed my life, so it's hardly silly in the end.

I think Rettick played a part in that revolt, though he might of changed his name to Danny by then. I almost revolted/joined but I couldn't get TGA to let me in so I said screw it and stayed here. Aren't you happy?

If I remember correctly, the forums were a little stagnant before the split - It was ages after MO came out and Stranger wasn't on the horizon back then. Still, they're not stagnant now - Never seen them more lively except maybe 2002. Community spirit, Stranger and incomming OW movies FTW, I suppose. :D

That's what I searched for. I really miss the time but we will see each other again anyway this year. The pictures were taken in the Palatinate Forest (Pfälzer Wald), the biggest forests in Germany. If you like nature and want to go somewhere to Germany in your vacations, forget big cities, come to these woods. hehe. *advert*

These days very really funny when we took the pictures and I miss them a lot. *sigh*

Yeah, what Claudi said. :P The Palatinate forest is a massive, yet awesome place. Just don't all flock there at once and ruin it, alrighty? :D

Actaully I really, really miss it. . . Shame (most of) the woods around here in Essex are nothing like it at all. Less insects, no clear rivers or streams, no seemingly end-less trees in all directions, no boulders or rocks. . . But I suppose they have thier own beauty.

Thinking about it, perhaps the only reason I miss them is because I spent time in those forests being happy with someone I love. I've visted forests like that before (even if they weren't as vast) and not missed them too much. . . It's a weird, psychological thing. . . Hmm.

But enough rambling about stuff that'll bore people to death, I'm happy I went and that me and Claudia met each other. :P Well, once again, thanks for listening guys, thanks for making OWF what it is. . . Life is a weird thing and really I didn't expect to get something so specail and awesome out of an internet forum. . . Guess we'll both see what happens to us next. :)
