i have to keep socks on when people are over my house because i have nasty feet so yeah how can anybody hate socks

Anyway, I like socks. I can't really see why anyone wouldn't. But them I'm constantly cold.
As for the other way of using them, I've never done that. It just seems gross.

Anyway I still have some old grey socks that would be close to - if not over - 10 years old. The look a bit tattered but they are still good. Better than socks now days. I have socks that are only 6 months old that have holes in them.

It's socks in general. Where did you get the bed idea...?

I bought seven pairs of socks today. I couldn't decide between various shades of brown and green, but finally selected some pleasant, earthy tans.

Do you always match your socks? I never do. Another question, colored socks with the little place for the toes, are they stupid or really stupid?

I'm guessing you mean toe-socks. I think they're just stupid. I mean, why do you have to have an individual pocket thingy for your toes?

I've received a pair or two of toe socks as presents. I think they're cute, but I can't bring myself to tell my friends that I can barely stand to wear them because of my little retarded toe next to the pinky toe on my left foot. It has always kind of... stuck up a bit higher than the other toe and overlaps my pinky a bit. It's hard to make the tiny toe slots fit it.

I've always wanted to try toe socks. They were a big hit with The Glass Asylum crowd back in the day, but I've never so much as seen a pair. I used to wear slipper socks many years ago.

My sister used to swear by brightly coloured toe socks back in the day but since she's become quite the professional doctor lady she can't get away with that sort of thing any more.

I could never wear them myself as I find it creepy having my toes seperated like that. I'm sure I would get used to them after a while but I don't see the benefit in trying.



Something just occured to me; I try my best to wear nice, brightly coloured clothing. In fact today I bought some jeans with multi-coloured stitching on the arse and a velvet smoking jacket. (They look better than it sounds) But for some reason that sentiment doesn't stretch to socks. I wear only two types of socks; blue semi-dress socks and white ankle socks. Mainly because those colours basically match with everything I wear and it makes it easy to match them up when everything goes with everything.

I have no idea why I am not more brave on the sock front.
