Oh, i know we're not winning anything, but i was asking a hypothetical question. If it were a case of us winning the war without doing the insurgents propaganda or the way we're doing it now, which would you choose? Just because we should have the right to know everything about what's going on doesn't mean we should get it, if it means risking innocent people's lives. I do think we should come out though. It's got to do with their culture, and how exactly is their culture equal to ours? It's not. You can see that when you get immigrants coming to our country. Compared to us - they're culturally retarded. And, as with the majority of Religions, the Islam religion is backwards. Though whereas Christians forgive the "Sinners" (if not get a bit vocal and crazzy), Muslims get their bang-on. "So why should we limit ourselves to not have the inherrent rights given to us by the Bill of Rights?" Oh, okay then. You can have your freedom. You can have your knowledge of atrocities in exchange for loss of innocent life. But are you, or others like you, going to go over to Iraq and help those losing their lives/dignity? 'cos if not, then the only real reason for you to want such information is so you can bitch about it. EDIT - I've just realised that my comment about the culture isn't racist, as it's not directed at them as a race. It's about their culture. So stop using the word without knowledge of what it means. I don't know the incident, but apparently there was something that happened a while ago (maybe) that included video footage of some of the Coalition firing upon civilian cars, was it? Anyway, this footage turned out to be fake and editted together. I was just wondering what people thought of it, and whether this would've happened if they had, had a temporary Media black out. |

Why do you insist on branding me racist when you don't know anything about me? And where exactly have i been racist? The word constantly seems to be used against people who make jokes about people's race/don't particularly like illegal immigrants flooding the country/say that races aren't all equal to each other/say the nawty "Nigger" word. When in actual fact racism is a loathing of a race not of yours, you look down on it and hate it, even going as far to verbally assault people of a different race and maybe even beat the crap out of them for being that way. ...and you should know by now, i'm too apathetic to care that much. |
