Like I said, I really do like how it looks - and too be honest, that's why I use it. Alcar... |
I guess now that Microsoft stole pretty much everything from Mac and Linux that everyone likes about those two systems and put it into Vista, I guess it officially makes Vista the number one OS :). Depending on how they managed to implement it of course.

I soooo agree with you, Havoc, although this move can really make Windows better. And actually im happy for that.

Yeah, but for a while you just know its gonna be full of bugs.
I'm getting a new Mac OS X, thats a Mac AND its gonna be able to run XP. So there. |
If you read a couple of posts above i said i have a MacBook Pro with XP and OS X. I use the XP part for gaming while the OS X part for real work. Do get your Intel based Mac quick be it which ever setup. It really worths the money.
P.S. By the way, Vista runs on MacIntels really well too. I just dont see a reason to get it yet... Edit: By new Mac OS X do you mean Leopard, OS 10.5.0? |
I have Windows XP on my Compaq. The Compaq let me name the computer, so I named it 'Ziggy' after the computer on Quantum Leap. I have never had any experience with Mac or Linux, but have not heard many positive vibes for them.
|
oh I thought ziggy after a mem on this forum.

Am I the only one who has no idea what you just said?

No snuzi, you are not. I hope this makes you more comfortable :P

Definitely not the only one. Either MoxCo mumbles when he talks, or his fingers have epilepsy when he's typing. Please, structure your sentences a little more clearly, that is if you wish your posts to be read.

What? Guys, I'm with ya, this guy needs to sort his grammar, I can't understand a thing he's saying...

Keep it on topic guys.

me and my PC
I use Windows XP. Linux seems too complicated to me and I use computers all day long.
The Mac is nice but it really is lacking when it comes to software. Plus, it's a lot more expensive. Easy choice for me. |
In the long run, Windows is better. Atleast when a program buggers up on Windows, you can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to actually sort the problem out.
|
I use a MacBook Pro. I don't have windows XP for it yet, but as soon as I do I'm goin' on Steam and gamin' it up!
