my little sister's 12 and she says that she wouldn't do that, and she'd yell if she was being raped. And its in a house, with her mom in a close by room. You friend isn't that crazy! is he? of course he's not.

Nepharski 03-03-2006 08:09 PM

*Reads initial post.*

Dipstikk, after reviewing your post, I think you'd better take this scenario as a divine summons to go out and pwn the little b*tch.

Best of luck in Court.

Dino 03-04-2006 03:15 AM

That was a well told story. Could've done without the analogies (a whale in a kiddy pool? come on you can do better than that), but otherwise I enjoyed it.

As for opinions, well, if this friend of yours really isn't a child molester (which he probably isn't) and if this little girl really is a liar (which she probably is), then you should most definately stand your ground and fight with him. But consider this in the outside possibility area; if your friend is a child molester, and you fight for him, the news media will take you down with him for supporting a child molester. That is of course if there ends up being any media coverage.

Most likely this girl has learned that if she screames "pedo!" while pointing at whoever it is she dislikes, then that person will be taken away and locked up. The system is basically allowing little brats like this to get people sent off to jail on demand. I'd say it's time to revise the system.

Dark Elite_H2 03-04-2006 04:27 AM

:

I think you should go to court, just so that she can lie under oath and go to jail for perjury. That would teach her a lesson not to be a whiny, manipulative bitch.

Yup. Worse than anything in the world is to lie up front and personal to the judge and jury. ;)

:

I imagine that she is under nine, how many 15 year olds do you see who go "Nananenana" Over a Magazine.

Ok. Touche'. That's a good point.
I mean. Maybe a spoiled 15 year old would prolly go naninani-nana
in a magazine if she got her way in court. If she's really that spoiled...

used:) 03-04-2006 06:21 AM

I am sure the court will side with your friend. I mean, she's eleven and ranting about molestation. Now in the real world, she would have a much more disturbed look, kind of like simarra form the Ring. Thats what I'm lead to believe, however.

Nepharski 03-04-2006 12:00 PM

Shouldn't a medical examiner and/or a shrink be able to deduce whether she was molested? From what I understand, those sort of incidents leave mental and physical scars.

Dino 03-04-2006 01:01 PM

Actually from what I understand, children who've been molested often thought when it was happening that it was some kind of game - either that or they just didn't realise the gravity of the situation. It's only later on that they realise the seriousness of what happened and come to terms with it. It seems that society's imposed view of it being wrong is what brings the mental pain, rather than the actual act of it. On it's own it might be confusing for a child, but unless it's forced physically in a way that would frighten the child, it wouldn't have any immediate psychological impact. And as I said, it's only later on when that child becomes a teenager and begins to learn about these things that they realise what has taken place and how they should feel about it.

outlaw king 03-04-2006 01:02 PM

That is true , dipstikk . And if your being molested you usually do scream . and if your mum is in a room next door , i think she would of heard something.

The Evidence is in your friends favour dipstikk , unless shes a crazy phsyco bitch and breaks her arm or bangs her head for some bruises , there is no physical proof that your friend raped her. At least from what i gather.

Good luck mate , shame that bitch to hell!

You seem like you're talking from experience .

Paramite Mask 03-04-2006 01:48 PM

Hm..poor guy... I mean, he shouldn't of lifted her by the arms and shoved her out of the room, but how does that turn into mollesting?? I hope your friend actually gets to the court, and show them that behind that "sweet, lovely little angel" is a sick liar. Accusing your cousin of mollesting her is not a good rway for payback. I'm with you and your bud all the way, Dipstikk. This actually reminds me of what happened in the book To Kill a Mockingbird when an innocent black man was accused by this "sweet little girl" that he raped her, when she really did the bad deed, and he was charged guilty anyway!! I know that was back in the racist days, but this scenario still reminds me of it. I'm with you all the way with this Dipstikk. I hope your friend succeeds. I wish him good luck......ugh....teenage girls these days....

You know what this means, of couse. Dipstikk's friend will get jumped in the middle of the night by the girl's father, but will be saved by his enigmatic recluse neighbor.

That'll make the news for sure.

Abeguy 03-04-2006 03:18 PM

how did he pick her up, with hands gripped around the arms or under the pits and gripped around the body? that can make a difference

OANST 03-04-2006 03:19 PM

Yeah, don't worry everyone. Boo Radley has this guys back.

Well there's molestation and then there's molestation. If someone just groped a girl's breasts then there'd be no physical sign.

Sekto Springs 03-04-2006 03:57 PM

That's pretty fucking major, Matt. Perhaps you should phone Dick Wolf and have him work it into an episode of Law and Order: SVU with an ending where the bitch gets the chair with a dry sponge.

Dave 03-05-2006 07:46 AM

1. Good call @ Paramite Mask, Neph, and OANST. Not a bad book.

2. She's 11? Good God. Is it possible she just misused the word "molested?" Like, maybe she thought it meant something else, and her parents were convinced that she actually meant molested?

EDIT.
3. Whoa, Sekto. Whoa. Whoa. Dry sponge on the chair? She's a kid! She's obviously a little idiot skank, but that doesn't mean she needs the chair. Hell, if she were my kid, here's how it would break down. To be honest, I would believe her at first, if she were my kid. But, if her story continued to change, I would drop the whole case, force an apology letter out of her, maybe make her talk to some people who actually had been molested so she could learn how serious it is, and then Gilligan's Island for a year.
Gilligan's Island, btw, is what my father calls a form of punishment where the following things are revoked:
telephone
computer (schoolwork excepted)
radio
television
fun
However, if I can make a battery out of coconuts, I'm free to use it to power any appliance I want.
That's what I would do.

Yes, I was molested by my uncle, who is now serving 3 years in belmarsh prison. Well done on weeding out that little piece of info.

If said child did in fact make such an accusation, I'd imagine that it would be the family situation that drove her to the way she was. If it was truly your kid and the situation was the same; chances are you wouldn't give a damn what she was doing, and that's why she acted out.

Just a thought.

Thats all well and dandy except for a few things.

1). Tom Robinson was not convicted because the jury neglected the evidence that pointed him innocent, he was convicted because he was black in the racist 20's. therefore you vcannot completely compare this event to the problem in To Kill a Mockingbird.

2) Mayella Ewell did not "do a bad deed," it was her father who raped her, not tom Robinson. What bad thing she did do was lie about the entire event but there were extreme circumstances at the time.

3) Yes I know To Kill a Mockingbird only "reminded" you of this situation, but I was only trying to clarify a few things.

Didn't Mayella later make a move on Tom? I haven't read it in four years, but I'm pretty sure that, according to Tom's testimony, Mayella tried to take advantage of Tom.
:

Curse you professor!

I never did manage to pull that one off.

And anyway, aren't we getting a little off topic?

yes, yes we are.

mayella didn't so much try and "take advantage" of Tom. More like she tried to impress him, but she was too stupid and naive to do so. Thats what I think at least.

Um...err...is that actally true? **coughs nervously**

This is some Jerry springer shit

Havoc 03-07-2006 02:30 AM

Don't you think you're being a little harsh by just saying you think it didn't happen, even if it was coming from Dino...

Dino 03-07-2006 06:31 AM

:

Um...err...is that actally true? **coughs nervously**

Well why else would I say it? For effect? Get real, there are many easier ways to stir up shit without the embarressment of admitting to being molested by a family member. God knows what it's done to my aunt.

What Havoc said is ringing home... "even if was coming from Dino"... god what is the point? Ugh I give up on you people, it's like talking to a brick wall on this forum. If people don't hate me they at least don't believe me, it's not worth trying to win respect here anymore, the reward isn't worth the effort. I even offered to do a new skin... what is with me and doing favours for my enemy? God damn, I must be self destructive or something. I've lost count of the number of times I've put real thought and effort into posting on a debate and nobody even noticed.

Screw it, goodbye if you liked me, if not then screw you.

SM if you're reading this, please PM me your msn if you have one, I'd like to stay in contact with you.

Havoc 03-07-2006 06:35 AM

I didn't say I didn't believe you, I just said that you have a reputation of making 'jokes' not fitting to the subject and which are likely to offend someone. But I also know that you're not the kind of person to joke about a subject like this.

Check with yourself why people don't easily believe you, don't blame us when we don't believe you, because there is usualy a reason for it.

outlaw king 03-07-2006 10:01 AM
