To be honest, I like it better this way. Minor skills didn't grow as fast as major ones, so now, with more major skills, you can focus on more important things for your character to do.

Ive never played the elder scrolls, i got a old game for my old computer and i could hardly play it becuase it kept freezing or too slow to progress. I gave up playing it after a while, so i might buy the new game to finally see what its like

Yes, I'm looking forward to Oblivion. There's no way our poor computer could handle it, so I'm getting it for the 360. When I get a 360, of course. It's a pity that the beast races have had their legs changed back to standard. I thought they looked a lot more beast-like Morrowind style. To be fair though, it would have required new animations, new positions on horseback and such. Oh well, one can't have everything.

i tried editting with the construction set, but i didn't get that far. I tried making new races, but i couldn't figure out how to make them look any different from the already selectable races.

im looking forward to the new battle system in oblivion. And new and improved graphics ^_^
