Believe it or not, I actually play a LOT of Atari (Pitfall, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, many others that I don't feel like listing). And by a lot, I mean at least 20 hrs a week of it.
I still play N64 (Donkey Kong 64, 007, Monster Rampage 2, Poke'mon Puzzle League) and SNES (Alien Vs. Predator).

Hobo 07-30-2005 12:42 PM

Planescape Torment. I still stand by the fact that this is the best RPG if not game ever. Closly followed by Fallout/2. Go buy it. All of you.

Shout outs for Crash Bandicoot, Street Fighter, Mega Man, Mortal Kombat, Metal Slug, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtes, Streets of Rage, Doom, and Spyro.
Edit: 3 More sweet games
Golden Axe
Banjo Kazooie
Original Conker
Soul Blade
Tekken

I recently purchased a PSone (for $60, what a steal! :D), so I've been reliving all of my good ol' jagged-edged memories. I will give you the list now:

Chocobo Racing
Mortal Kombat (3, Trilogy, 4)
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Unholy War
Oddworld (Shut the hell up!)
Music Generator (Hey, I actually never knew you could make your own riffs. Gonk!)

Yeah, more soon, mabye.

Finally, someone else has seen the truth! Apart from that, my favorites must be Warcraft 2, Discworld and the Fallout games. I'm not sure how old Discworld is, though.

My first memory on PC gaming is Prehistorik. The caveman jumping around and clubbing dinosaurs... Later, I used to play Prehistorik 2, it was better than the first one.

Then I can remember playing Wolfeinstein 3D when I was around 6 years old, I couldn't get through many of the soldiers, but I found the game last year, amongst Doom I and II... id made a lot of great games.

And there's Day Of The Tentacle, one of my favourite adventure games, next to Woodruff and the Schnibble of Azimuth.

Oddfan 08-12-2005 08:35 AM

I love super mario world for the nes and super mario bro's for the first nintendo and super mario 64, I also like killer instincts for nes and n64 and well pong and galaga for atari and the first two abe games and who can forget goldeneye for the n64.

Head over Heels for the ZX Spectrum. You played two dogs who were trapped in a house & you had to solve the puzzles to escape. The dogs had different abilities & if you got them into the same room, they could stand on each others heads & have enhanced abilities. Good fun!

Wow, you dug up a nearly three year old post for that?

Don't do any more stupid things, please.

Ha Ha, I didnt even look at the date. I am entitled to post on anything I like.

If OWF dont want these posted on then they should move them to the Necrum Burial Grounds.

Zelda--Fan 12-11-2007 11:45 AM

My favorite old game would have to be Gex!

Yeah, your original post wasn't very good.

Nice call on the edit, slick.

I dont care whether you think the post was any good or not.

Disgruntled Intern 12-11-2007 12:08 PM

Oh, but you do.

Also, the reason every single old thread isn't moved to necrum is because most mods assume that the average user has enough common sense to look at a date and think, 'wow, three years old and no new posts. Might be a reason for that.'

I know your excuse is that you didn't look at the date, but even if you turned this thread up by using the handy-dandy search feature, there still would have been an indicator.

Fuzzle King 12-12-2007 11:15 PM

when i was quite young(not that long ago really)i had a ps1 and apart from playing oddworld AE i loved playing a game called crash bandicoot.it was great.and also a little-known game i loved was called tombi. you was like a little pink-haired man and your world has been taken over by evil pigs and you've got to stop them.there was a second one i did get but since them iv sold my ps1 and all of the games.

Strike Witch 12-13-2007 02:20 AM

Front Mission 3 and Unholy War for PSX.

I still play them, thanks to the wonders of *CENSORED*

Oh, and Super Munch talks like an anime fanboi in this thread. Heh.

moxco 12-13-2007 11:58 AM

I'll use my mod powers to close this thread and infract path.

Actually you're bang wrong. In the second paragraph of the full OWF rules it clearly states "do not reply to old, outdated threads.". If you can't accept this, this forum is not for you.

plus you can't post porn, as much as you would like to, I'm sorry you just can't.

I said I can post on anything I like, not post anything I like. This was an error. You all need to relax a little this is just the internet. If there is a problem with it then it is down to the mods/admin to deal with it not mini mods.

See the quote in my sig? Please don't end up like him.

*sigh*

I had left this open in the hope that, once revived, it would again become a productive and constructive thread. Instead it has become a home of spam as people split hairs over rules.

Path: You did wrong. Please don't revive old threads again.
Everyone else: You should have let him be after initially correcting his error and not spammed the thread up.
