I have trouble falling asleep too. I usually just can't lay still, and move alot in bed. I never find a comfort posotion, and i usually begin to feel to warm and begin to sweat. It's so annoying. Once i couldn't fall asleep for 4 hours. I was just laying there spinning around, looking for a good position. I even started to cry a bit...
God it's a annoying... Anyway, the best way i fall asleep in, is when i read a book. Doesn't really matter which one, though, it shouldn't be an exciting one, cuz then you'll never be able to put it down. |
Nothing cures it. That sleep balm crap don't work. Neither does lavender, damnit. I find myself constantly turning for a better position, too. It sux0rz majorly. I haven't really found a cure. Just sometimes you sleep, mostly you don't. Mabye once a month.
If you've got homework- do it. If you've got a games console in your room- play it. Do something that requires thought. It will make you less tired. Well, it make me less tired. |
