obi wan looks confuzzled in that pic, like someone who just found out santa isnt real...

"we are not... wait a minute.... NO FAT MAN CAN GO THAT FAST! NOOOOOOOOOO! *falls on floor sobbing* whyyyy! whyyyyyyyy!"

he looks either very confused or very serious.

Alpha 02-27-2005 10:26 AM

What the hell happened to the beard I think he woke up and realised he was santa!

paramiteabe 02-28-2005 01:01 PM

This takes place two years after Attack of the Clones. Episode 4 takes place 20 to 30 years after Revenge of the Sith. Kanobi has simply aged two years.

I am looking forward to seeing Chewy again and Vader.

a flock of seagulls 03-08-2005 06:51 PM

yeah. cant beat the classics. btw, good to see you again PA :)
cant wait to see general greivous (sp?) or that force choke...

MojoMan220 03-08-2005 06:54 PM

I have to say, I am really looking forward to the trailer to be shown during the OC. I still hate the fact it's mostly CG, but the preview clips got me excited for Star Wars again.

Alcar 03-10-2005 08:18 AM

As long as it is better than Episode 2, I'll be fine. Not that Episode 2 was bad, but it did lack in a few areas.

Alcar...

cool.... any chance you know when it will be playing though? (time)

I really don't wanna sit through an hour of The OC -_-

oddguy 03-11-2005 06:48 AM

 Oh bloody hell! The trailer was at the very end of The OC and Tivo didn't record it all! :crying:

I did hear that the Robots movie will include the trailer, so I could do that.

Um...is it just me, or does Lucas have a thing for slicing off people's hands?

not only that, but Dooku looks like he's about to shit his pants :p

Dooku's Inner Thoughts: Oh man, NO...I ruined my stylin' pants. :P

Seriously, though...look at the facts. Anakin loses a hand in Episode II, Dooku both in Episode III, Luke in Episode V, and Anakin again in Episode VI. Is this some kind of subliminal message from George, or what?

cutting your hands off is cool, kids! :p

paramiteabe 03-12-2005 10:58 AM

Well I can say one thing Dooku loses more than his hands in that scene. I raed something a while back and it said Dooku gets his head cut off by Anakin.

Yes we get to see decapitation yay!

In a PG movie... I doubt it.

Edit: I found this on Rotten Tomatoes...

Could "Episode III" Score a PG-13 Rating?
Posted by Binh Ngo on Friday, Mar. 11, 2005, 01:33 PM

Scott Weinberg writes: "In preparation for their "60 Minutes" interview with filmmaker George Lucas, CBS News shares a tip that "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" may indeed be rated PG-13. "I don't think I would take a 5- or a 6-year-old to this," says Lucas, "It's way too strong..."(The film) is much more dark...more emotional. It's much more of a tragedy.

a flock of seagulls 03-12-2005 01:13 PM

who says its PG?

MojoMan220 03-12-2005 01:16 PM

who says its PG?

All the other Star Wars movies were PG, but I edited my above post with some info that it might be PG-13.

Oddish 03-12-2005 01:23 PM

Georg Lucas said it aint for Kids.

"I wouldn't take a 6-years-old to see it"

sligster 03-13-2005 02:57 PM

Clarification episode 3 is 3 years after Attack of the Clones. Anakin is a Jedi Knight now, Obi Wan is on the Jedi Council and now a Jedi Master as well as general in the Clone Wars.

I think he was mentioned in the Star Wars books, I've never read them.

Some think he's the upper half of Darth Maul, with obviouse cybernetic parts.

In Star Wars: Republic Commando (awesome game), he makes an appearence on Kashyyk. I havn't finished the game yet, but he's enslaving Wookies in the game, and that may be a major part in Ep. 3. It also could introduce Chewbacca as a captured Wookie.

You fight two of Grievous' "ninja" robot body guards in the game :p
