Well, I think I am pretty sure where he is now.
I just listend to the radio, havent seen the other tip yet, but the tip from the radio was:

In his free time he can race as many rounds as he wants.

This means (and now I am pretty sure what station was ment) that he is at circuit Zandvoort.
So, he goes from zandvoort aan zee station towards circuit Zandvoort.


Edit: Tip 3 from EA is exactly the same as tip 1 from the radio. Station beginning with Z. Nothing new there.

Sorry, it wasn't the same hide-out. It was talking about a hideout that was in the actual game.
