I wouldn't say Vykkers are fat. Come to think of it neither are Glukkons really. Actually have we even seen a fat creature on Oddworld (except Buddy)?

Actually Vykkers are fat.The stomach is like a basketball.Same with interns.And well gluks aren't fat but due to the fact they can't eat allot due to the fact they have no arms (Yeah I know they do but I just say they have no arms) .

Yeah I suppose Vykkers do have a pot belly, but I wouldn't say that is due to overeating but rather character design. Does the Vykker attached look "fat"? I mean you can see his ribs, so I'm guessing that that pot belly is due to the compacting of all the internal organs in that tightly packed ab. I mean Vykkers aren't really wide are they, so their inner bits are all tightly packed inside that narrow body leading to the "basketball stomach". (I personally love the design of the Vykkers, especially that belly of theirs).

Eating obviously isn't a difficult venture for glukkons. Considering Phleg's girth it's safe to say he has no trouble stuffing his face with food. So why would other glukkons find it difficult? I assume glukkons eat at home, where they are free to strip of their suits, ties, and shoulder pads and eat with the hands they have.

Yay SS is back!A bit true.But some of them have slig servants.I really don't think he would like a slig watching him naked and telling his friends.And how could he take off the suit?He can't do much in that suit.Not even take his shoes off

Like Incognito said, I don't think Vykkers are really fat, it's just the way they are. But there is a fat Vykker (attached), and a fat Fuzzle (Tiny, from Vykkerslabs.com). Interns could be seen as fat, but what Alf says it is is 'Melted Candle Syndrome', where their body fat has succumed to gravity because of the prolonged shifts they work.
Cyber-Slig, check the FAQ! Glukkons simply would not be seen dead wearing anything so tragically ugly as mechanical arms. I don't know that Glukkons would have a problem being naked in front of their assistant Sligs - butlers and servents in ye dayes of olde would have to dress and bath their masters. But on the other hand, Glukkons are probably much more shameful of their twisted bodies, as it recalls a terrible past. |
Hmmm.....Y'know he could easily put fake skin on the arms and then it would'nt be so hideous. I don't think glukkons are ashamed.Based in MO where they keep saying things like ''I'm so beautiful'' can either mean he thinks hes actually pretty or he just tries to make himself feel better . and interesting about the fat parts. But not all vykkers are in vykkers labs. Some are down on the ground e.g. the possible ones in stranger

reading from somewhere near the top of the page, glukkons do have arms, that's what they walk on. And they have legs but they're tiny. Check the good ending of AO.
