Ratchet and Clank 2 is subtitled "Going Commando", while RC3 is going to be subtitled "Up Your Arsenal".

Oh in britian its RC 2 :) but on-topic I don't care what it's released on.I have a PS2 and X-Box :D

Britain has a tendency to overly censor everything. The subtitle "Going Commando" was probably deamed too offensive by the European censors.
