I used to think Avril was ok. Not now though, I went off her a while back. Just got bored I suppose.

She's somewhat attractive, but I've seen better. That's not why I like her though. I appreciate her music because she doesn't need a studio behind her to sound good like Britney Spears etc. I've heard her live just with herself and a guitar and she sounds great. That's why I think she's cool.

I just appreciate people with talent. Good voices that don't need a studio behind them. Avril isn't the best example. Sarah Mclachlan would probably be though. Have you heard her sing live? Amazing.

Sorry to say this but Avril is just as artificial as Britney. All her songs are written by other people, even though she gets the credit and goes on about how personal they are.

But if one performer pisses me off it's Madonna. I've seen her live a few times (on concerts shown on tv) and she didn't hit one note correctly ever. She's okay on the radio cos they can cut and paste the bits she sang well together but live she's just flat.
