I think that what we need to do is take apart the images, and assemble the photos inside them into a grid that shows the original image as clearly as possible. Then, we send that to OWI so they can clean it up for us.

No hints this time, right folks? Riiiight???

So this image is very *very* rough but gives a vague idea of how those pictures look all together. The next step would probably be to try to pull each photo out one-by-one like Manco suggested so as to get clear results for every image but not a full wall-shot:

I think our options are:

a) Go back to the source code present a solved grid
b) Do a good enough job re-assembling the photos we currently have and then send them to OWI(?)

Regardless, that was.... interesting! I'm still a little stumped with it all but hey, let's do it.

And then that was as far as we got.
Both Glitterpanther and myself, tried all 16 codes, and found the only one able to produce any results was -- as Dawlthy suggested -- the ones beginning with a 'truth' value.

Question: are some pictures inside the picture really duplicated?

Seems so, particularly the ones which are drawn on, but a few others as well. I think it’s a single spread of photos seen from different angles, with a lot of overlap.

There's more of the underlined audio but that's all I got so far.

Okay, here's what I got for a pieced together pic, guys. Some of the stuff was distorted by the perspective on some of the pieces but in terms of lining stuff up I think everything is in the right place :) I tried to keep all the written on stuff in the final pic, even if I had to overlap.

I'm gonna go back through the images just to make sure I didn't miss anything important.

The image looks like a poor mud on an operating table awaiting some horrible procedure.. Maybe being blinded?

Very nice!! What a brutal scene, though. They taking that guy's eyes? Extracting brain matter *through* the eyes to make beer?? Mmmmmmm.....

Did one more check and didn't see any other piece that should be in there that wasn't. The only thing I changed was that in one version of the heart monitor it's framed in two red lines and in the other version it has circles marking particular parts of it, so I saved them as two images.


I know, it's super gruesome :( poor little schmuck... Just taking a gander at the different monitors, it looks like there's one with a full body X-ray (circle surrounding the lungs, maybe showing respiration) with the ID of '110110BG' on it which I believe matches the numbers on this muds chest from what I can see... so I'm thinking that's whos on the table, not Ed. Then we've got a pulse monitor, a monitor showing a diagram of his head, and a monitor showing a bunch of binary with a possible Vykkers lab symbol on the top. There is also a SS Brew container on the left that has another ID number that stars with a 'B' on it, but it doesn't look to be the same number as BG's. The needle on the bottom right also has a ID number on it and says 'SS Brew' like the container.

There is a heeeeck of a lot going on in this picture.

Edit: I'm gonna send this to OI and see what happens. Hopefully nothing bad LOL I can't take any more bad stuff today xD

So... based on what we got so far, this is what they did until they got their MAIN ingredient, they experimented and experimented until realizing that Bones and Tears are the profitable parts! the rest become Pops
And the Glass Jar does say "SS BREW" But it also says "STRAIN" so... this is one of the many versions they got until we got to our tasty beverage...

Also... people saying that it can be Vykkers? Well.. the instruments near the needle (that also say "SS BREW" have those holes that the Vykker's instruments have in Munch

They said on twitter we need to show them how the numbers and letters fit the previous grid. I think we should refocus on that.

Well.. I tried cracking the correct string forwards and backwards, placing it on the grid forward and reverse, checking the spots marked on the grid and I got nothing apart from

Also line 4 can be read

Also last string placed in a grid, written down reads

VYKTANE Lets assume its supposed to be VYKKERS thats also 7 letters

Why is this puzzle so damn difficult!?

I don't get how we're supposed to use the word 'BACKBREAKING' on 'something else on the page'...
Assuming that 'something else' is the grid, we already used the grid to obtain the word 'BACKBREAKING'.

One thing is for sure, backbreaking is no coincidence. It has a purpose.


And remember, the final result is *probably* going to be 1173418569.


Maybe we can work backwards from that?
