Aida was startled when she heard the announcement that they were being ordered out. She managed to- shakily- uncurl herself, but wasn't sure if she would be able to stand.

Scri got to her feet, a little frightened of what will happen. Still, the retained her courage and instinct. Not wanting to embarrass herself infront of a fellow mudanchee, she calmy walked out the door, as if nothing had happened. She turned to see aida struggling to get up off the floor. Scri darted over to her and held out her hand so she could get up.

IC: If Jutt tried to kill her? "Yeah, but weren't you made a Big Bro to stop him doing that in the first place? And wouldn't he even trust her slightly if you stood up for her? She is alright, y'know...well, Jutt must be somewhere in this place, and it's not like Big Bro's are all that hard to spot..."

Aida blinked at the offered hand before accepting it, managing to stand on unsteady legs. She was still trembling inside, which only got worse when she stepped outside to find herself surrounded by sligs. She visibly shrunk in fear before lowering her eyes to the floor.

Scri followed aida out the door, wondering if she will be ok. She saw her shrink away from the sligs outside. Scri quickened her pace to get level with aida. "it'll be ok" she whispered to her. She then looked sraight ahead and continued walking to the cafateria, hoping that it would indeed be ok.

Jatt: Well yeah…Hes just rather stubborn and unmovable when he’s made his mind .*looks at Aqua* ‘Couese I would stick up for ye, its just tha’….Oh I dunno know. Fine then, lets go find ‘im then. But don’t say I didn’t warn ye.

Niko blinked and replied, “Thaf Dieohansia. Mizz thalkinft tof hey.” Rusty snorted saying, “Great! Martha nice, deserves friends!” Peach looked about the room and gave a shrill chirp, “Crakkha!” “Pheah, wazzha wronk?” Niko glanced at Peach. Rusty shrugged, “She scrab.” Martha glanced about then said to Dionysia, “Excuse me, but what do we do around here?” |
IC: Sturg laughed to himself at the ecstatic Mudokon "Okay, which way first? I think he's down the stairs somewhere, isn't he? There's not really anyone else up here, if anyone..." He looked around. No noises apart from downstairs somewhere. He headed for the door to the stairs and shoved it open, then waited for the other two.

Shall we asume that Doe and co. have set off to the Cafeteria? -------------------------------------------- RG thought about what Doe said and walked to the door controls. An interface cable popped out from his finger and connected to the console. After processing the data he received from the console's registry, the cable was pulled back into its place. "This door hasn't been locked for some time, so a Scrab could easily gain entry to the Office. Now, as the Slig organic #7 said, you should go to the Cafeteria now." RG watched as two Mudokons came out from the Office. One of them (Aida) looked rather weak for some reason. Her companion (Scri) followed her as they left the Office premises. RG turned to Slash. "I have been ordered to escort these Mudokon organics to the Cafeteria. If I was you, I would go there and regroup with the other Sligs. Even if you're able to fly, you shouldn't look for Wildlife creatures alone." |
IC: He hadn't planned going on his own, anyway, and now he knew that pretty much everyone was gathering in the cafeteria, it was a good idea to go there "Yes sir, right away, sir!" He saluted, and flew off to the cafeteria.
-- Slash entered the cafeteria, and looked around. He saw a Scrab, a midget one. he thought about attacking it, but no one else was alarmed at all. Maybe it was a pet or something, so he ignored it. He then turned to see the two Gluks. He better stay here and keep an eye to protect people incase anymore animals turned up. meanwhile, he flew down onto a table, and inspected the club. |
ooc: Sorry for my absence. Exams are looming and my family is doing stuff this weekend so preperation for the event is eating my time. I won't be around tomorrow and not sure about Sunday.
Zerox, the cafeteria door is locked on the inside so Slash couldn't just enter. IC: Somi nodded, "We could go to the grinder areas. I'd hope Sturg wouldn't go there, but we might see the mudokons working." She led the way through the factory, beginning to notice that the place seemed unusually empty downstairs. "I wonder where all the workers are." -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Dionysia was still trying to translate what Niko had said so it took her a few seconds to answer, "Oh, at the moment nothing. Just stay in here and hope no animals come knocking." She glanced at the mudokon's scrab, "No dangerous animals that is. Then when the sligs give the all-clear you can go off to work. You'll probably be working in the grinding area: that's where most stuff happens round here." She remembered that Martha was in a wheel-chair, "Though I'm not sure about you actually. You might want to talk to the boss and see what he says about it, since being in that chair might stop you doing some of the usual jobs." |

IC (Outside cafeteria) Tiny whimpered as he looked around the large place, feeling lost and alone. "H-hello?" He squeaked like a child. - (Near bathroom near Dek's lab) Tiro giggled and leapt onto Slax's back as Agent 80085 rolled her eyes. Dimitrio looked at the bathroom door, before going in. "I'll be out in a minute guys..." He called, slipping through the door. Sneering and laughing silently to himself, Scarface waited for the others to move away so he could go after him. |

IC: Aida almost clung to Scri as she glanced at the robot escorting them. Just because it wasn't a slig didn't mean it didn't have the same intentions. With what Doe was planning, she felt like she was being escorted to a torture chamber before being executed. |

IC: Doe started heading towards the Cafeteria turning his back on RG. As the Mudokon warrior followed his mental itinerary to the Cafeteria he looked over at Aida. The poor slave had a palpable fear when it came to Sligs or so it appeared. When Doe walked passed Aida he tried to give a reassuring smile, not really believing anything could save that lost soul he continued into the cafeteria. The cafeteria was full of all sorts of Inhabitants, including the elusive Glukkons. The Mudanchee native noticed the flying Slig who had absconded off with the Tomahawker club. Doe was tempted to run over to the Slig, elbow the thing in the face, recover the club, and ruthlessly murder the Glukkon filth. Yet that was not to happen, at least not yet, there was too much security around for now and it wasn't Doe's time to leave Oddworld just yet. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Alexander II was just about to follow his Paramite companion when he saw Doe, though oddly without his war make-up, entering the cafeteria. Scri glanced behind her and saw a mechanical monstrosoty escorting them. When she realized aida was scared of that too, Scri supressed the urge to run over and dismantle the damn thing. Scralina reminded herself to keep her rage in check, as she entered the cafateria.The carcophinous roar of the melange of oddworlders greeted her as he walked in. She kept sight of doe, but he seemed to be distracted by a flying slig. Scri walked over to him and nuged him in the shoulder. 'what do we do know?' she whispered to him. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ "A deserted area?" Aqua repeated. Aqua didnt really like the sound of that. A deserted area meant dark and scary in her vocabulary, but if it meant meeting jatts elusive brother, well she didnt think it would stop her. "c'mon! lets go alreadey!" aqua whined, tugging on jatt's hand again, wanting him to hurry up. |

IC: The train screeched loudly as it slowly halted at the Rupture Farms train station. Amongst the departing crowd, a tall, slim figure walked out. He stopped, looking around, examining his surroundings. "What a dump..." he thought to himself, as he preceeded to walking quietly down the corridor. The Intern ignored stares from crowds, choosing to focus on his mission. |
OOC:That looks fine to me, Marvak, just remember that random characters (e.g. characters that aren't controlled by anyone) aren't really allowed in this, so the "stares from crowds" doesn't really fit. That's not really a biggy, but that's why I'm telling you now so you'll know :D
Oh, and I just thought I'd reply to what you said in the other thread about the unscripted side of it, that's half the fun! :D And I'll tell you what, your characters seem to develop a lot more in an RPG than in a story (and much more unexpectedly :D), because everyone has a part in it. Martha’s face crumpled and she said, “Its not fair, me having to do different work because of my…infirmity.”
Niko looked at Martha and said in a sympatric tone, “Oh Mizz, dof beft safh. If iznht yove fwol.” Rusty, who was still fidgeting, also added, “Yes, no sad. Not fault.” Martha sniffed and gave a wobbly smile at the sligs, “Yes, I shouldn’t let it get to me, but I just feel so useless.” “Yev shownt beft. Yover caft doh oher suff.” Peach trilled and then hopped off Nikos hand. She trotted up to Martha and rubbed her head against her leg. Martha bent down and patted Peach’s red head. *:D* Galaleo wasn’t bothered by the Mudokons, sligs and the robot, as they went into the cafeteria. He had other things to do. He exhaled and looked at his notebook, mumbling, “Hmmm, lets see….” Scans the notes then mutters, “I think a inspection of the animal holding areas will do for now…” Satisfied, he tucked his notebook back into his pack then set off. |

IC: Sturg allowed the other two through and they went down the stairs, anda rrived at the end. No one appeared to be about "Well, I suppose it's better that he be in a deserted place, being as I am, I hardly want to walk into a mass of people anytime soon...not just yet, at least"
Slash sat on the table. Not a whole lot was going on. He put the club thing down infront of him and took out the notepad again. He started sketching plans for how he could possibly refit his gun and improve it. |

OOC: There's another thing I noticed recently. Some of the characters, like Cylepso, Seb, Vester, Slax and some others are just wandering around pointlessly. For example, they should have reacted to the announcement Arnie gave about the animals. Get them involved into the stuff going on, it will make RPing more interesting.
Welcome, Marvak. The profile sounds OK, so feel free to RP. Just avoid those randoms, as Gretin already said. I can give you a basic description about what's going on right now. Most of the factory's workers are locked up in the Cafeteria, because some animals are loose in the building. The security forces, led by #7 Slig are in front of the Cafeteria, waiting for RG. Then, they are going to clear the Wildlife out from the factory. Oh yeah, the Cafeteria door is still open, Splat, #7 Slig asked Rick to keep them open until everyone's in there. --------------------------------------- After a few minutes of walking, RG escorted the three Mudokons (Doe, Scri, Aida) to the Cafeteria, followed by Slash. The flying Slig flew inside, followed by the male Mudokon, then one of the females. RG turned to #7 Slig, examining the new Sligs one by one. "Slig organics. I suppose you are new guards here." "Yeah, they are new, but they can handle themselves all right. They scared a Scrab off already, giving it a dosage of lead in the chest." said #7 Slig. "Ah. Promising." said RG without further ado. "I've escorted the Mudokon organics, as you asked. I've met no Wildlife creatures on the way here." he said to #7 Slig. "Good. Uh, where did Slash go?" asked #7 Slig, looking inside the Cafeteria. "Hey, there's a BigBro over there." he said, spotting Niko at one of the tables. He walked inside. "Hey, don't you want to help us by getting rid of some animals?" he asked the BigBro Slig. |
