I strongly doubt it'll be canon. But it sounds like they're not gonna be doing a cheap, crappy adaptation. That's no guarantee it'll be good, but at least it shouldn't be shit.

You can do a lot of canon to the City Watch without ruining anything.

I am Elias Weskerson. A couple of months ago I started an online petition barring Hasbro from releasing thundercracker to the mainstream market. The purpose of this is to preserve the sanctity and value of the Botcon set they released back in 2007.

While the petition was flooded with spam and offensive messages, and while Hasbro continued with the release of Generations thundercracker despite my emails warning them of legal action, I decided to fight the good fight for all Botconners everywhere.

I have talked with my lawyer and guess what? It seems we actually have a legal ground on this. Hasbro and Fun Publications falsely and maliciously sold us exclusive toys which were not planned on being exclusive after all.

The proof is the release of Generations thrust, Generations Dirge, and of course, Generations Thundercracker. 3 out of 5 figures from the "exclusive" Games of Deception set.

Now this will be a class action lawsuit and everyone who bought the Botcon set and interested in getting back at Hasbro for stabbing us collectors in the back are welcome to join.

What we'll be asking is the immediate stopping of all distributions of said toys and the recall of all sold seekers. We will also ask for financial compensation for emotional and mental distress over this injustice.

It is time to show these greedy corporations that collectors like us are united and will no longer tolerate such unethical and shady business practices.

If we become victorious in this endeavour, our toys' value will be kept intact and our honors as toy collectors will never be besmirched again by greedy corporations.

I'll post again and report the developments. We are planning on filing the lawsuit as soon as possible. Tell all your friends about this. The more support we get, the better the chances of winning.

Even if you don't like this band/music it's really worth a watch. Basically some lad likes Cradle of Filth and the Mum isn't too happy about it. Tags along with CoF and gets all up in their grill about their image then there's tears, hugs and happiness.
