Yeah, I think you're right to a certain extent. In Undertale it mainly worked because the entire game was very meta and poked fun at video game clichés.

In all fairness, there wasn't much difference between us just refreshing the page until we found them, and using the script.

Regardless, this should definitely make it into the game as an Easter Egg.

I was about to say that the Vykkers focus more on pharmaceuticals than food/drinks, but if Brew is as addictive as they say it is, then it could very well be a Vykker product, since they'd probably be able to develop a mixture that was as addicting as chemically possible.

I dunno, though, I just can't picture a Vykker barking orders at Sligs the way ol' Brewmaster did. They're pretty shrill.

Brewmaster could just be a figurehead or maybe he runs it all, while Vykkers did the actual creation of the brew we know today, messing around with the chemicals and ingredients and whatnot.

I always saw it that the Glukkons are the business people, while Vykkers are more of the lab workers. Although Vykkers run Vykkers Labs they could also work for Glukkon businesses as well – let’s face it, I doubt any Sligs are smart enough to be scientists.

Sligs are just Adorable in their dumbness...
Also, makes a lot of sense for them to put one/many Vykkers scientists in the game, it fleshes out the universe and makes sense, the Glukkons paid top Moolah to help them make the BEST Brew ever, also would explain how they got the Greeters! (and the Vykkers lab station in FeeCo Depot would be in use)

Man it got serious!!! This image shows in more pics to come they will be dark as heck yeah and i remember playing infamous paper trail and boy did that get dark so fast anywho i wonder what will be revealed?

Seems to me that a Vykker is more likely to be a surgeon than a brew developer. And to me it looked like that picture was a mud prepping for surgery - perhaps for eye-stitching - rather than being strapped in a tear extractor.

This is why making game where you can not correct your mistakes will not be fair. One dead character is enough for me.

Just letting anyone who cares know im quitting helping with this arg for now, iv lost sleep its been stressing me out , its crazy. I quit.

So did our actions directly cause this, or was it part of the narrative all along? Cuz if you guys just threw it in there that would be really cool.

Fun fact: Coca-Cola was invented as a medication against headaches and was only later produced as a soft drink. Oddworld has plenty of parallels with the real world, so its an interesting thought.

The clean image has been uploaded and it is not Ed. The numbers on Eds chest are different from the one on the heart monitor.

Didn't Ed just "technically" say he lost his friend? Confirming that he is dead? I mean, there's gotta be a reason he said "Aaaarrrggghhhh!" earlier, be weird if the schmuck said that by stabbing his toe or something.

That's what I was thinking as well, in Exoddus, the Tear Extractors were machines that held a mud upside down so the tears can drop thanks to gravity.

Also, the miners for the bones were blind muds, meaning their eyes were stitched and before they were, at one point, abless to see.
