Nate edited it out because he's a meanie.

It was Torgos's theme from the movie.

LOL U IZ CLEVAR.

Hazel-Rah 09-10-2010 12:41 PM

The Last Crusade, my personal favorite Indiana Jones movie.

Mr. Bungle 09-12-2010 01:38 PM

Back to the Future 1 & 2.

First time seeing those, and holy shit, did I enjoy them.
I've always been interested in time travel, and those films were incredible. Watching the 3rd one tonight.

Hazel-Rah 09-12-2010 01:46 PM

The third one is the weakest of the three IMO, but still a cool movie especially the steam punk train.

Wings of Fire 09-12-2010 01:56 PM

what

The third was the second best, after the first.

Nevermind that it doesn't make any fricking sense. It was still absolutely awesome.

Hazel-Rah 09-12-2010 02:00 PM

yeah it was still a great movie

Ridg3 09-12-2010 02:21 PM

Watched This is England for the second time recently, that is such a bloody good film and then I realize that there is a (short) series elaborating on it. Thinking that that might be a good watch... unless anyone here discourages me from doing so.

Crashpunk 09-13-2010 03:28 AM

Watched Men in Black Last night.

A Classic

I keep meaning to see that, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I hear it's fantastic.

shaman 09-13-2010 02:02 PM

Oh God it's a tremendous drama. This is England 86 isn't as good though.

ziggy 09-14-2010 03:09 PM

I just watched the Elephant Man last night. I really liked it and recommend it. It is an emotionally complex picture.

Leto 09-14-2010 03:19 PM

I wouldn't say complex, but hell yes it is a BAWWWWWWWWWW fest. ;_;'s me errytime.

OANST 09-14-2010 03:20 PM

One of Lynch's best. Probably his most accessible, too.

Leto 09-14-2010 03:23 PM

Mos def, otherwise for the most part, he is a huge wang. I can't stand the unquestionable Lynch worship inherent in hardcoar 'film buffz'.

That being said I enjoyed Inland Empire so i am i huge wang.

OANST 09-14-2010 03:40 PM

I refuse to watch Inland Empire. I fucking watched Mulholland Drive already. I don't need to see a two hour longer, less coherent version of that.

ziggy 09-14-2010 03:53 PM

I've never seen either of those you two mentioned. And I agree Elephant Man is probably his most accessible. I like David's short films, and I did see Lost Highway which is just ehhhhhhhh..... complete crap. Like (unintentionally?) laughable.

If you didn't like Lost Highway I recommend that you never ever ever watch Mulholland Drive. Ever.

And he was really shit in the Hitchhiker's Guide movie too.

ziggy 09-14-2010 05:57 PM

haha. Actually I thought Mos Def was pretty funny in hitchhiker's. With those weird shrieking sounds.

On another note, does anyone else think M. Night Shamalamadingdong's movie DEVIL, advertised all over myspace, is gonna have a great TWIST?

Hazel-Rah 09-14-2010 06:29 PM

The theatrical version of Blade Runner, even though I prefer the Final Cut I really liked Ford's narration in this scene...God I love Harrison Ford.

Also just ordered the X-Files movie (first one of course) off eBay for like $2 on DVD *nostalgiasm*

Leto 09-14-2010 06:46 PM

There are far too many cuts of Blade Runner.

There are far too many cuts of Blade Runner.

At least it's not as bad as Dawn of the Dead.

Leto 09-14-2010 10:26 PM

It's worse, what the fuck are you on about?

I like Mos Def. I really enjoyed him in Something The Lord Made with Allan Rickman. Was a good movie.

He produced it, thank god.

Still looks fucking terrible, though.

OANST 09-15-2010 12:59 PM

Since when did we take the great mythological creature of Satan and reduce him to making elevators fall down while he giggles like a retard?

Josh 09-15-2010 10:24 PM

Shutter Island. I am now in love with Leonardo DiCaprio and every 1950's U.S. Marshal.

Dynamithix 09-16-2010 10:45 AM

I thought Shutter Island was good but a bit confusing. Also, I get annoyed by DiCaprio's face. I don't know what it is, but I just want to punch him. In the face of course. He's a good actor though.

...I'm weird.
