I don't hate Havoc for being a furry. I hate him for being an asshole. The furryness is just the most obvious thing to scapegoat him for.

Don't blame me, Nate. He does it to himself, and my presence here wouldn't change the general attitude towards him. But just in case it does; to those of you who hate on Havoc because I do, knock it off! Get your own reasons. There are plenty to choose from.

One thing you can definitly say about Havoc is that he takes all of it on the chin. I've seen him be vindictive through his lack of humour but I've never seen him give out such low blows in response to what he recieves.

And T-nex, just about every straight guy thinks like that on the most basic of levels. Not just me. The entire 'love you routine' is there for the sole reason of making you think otherwise, because we know what you want to hear. The fact that I'm the one telling you about it makes me seem like the asshole, while in reality every guy who ever looked at you, or dated you (or some other woman, if you're going to take it personal), had only one primary thing in mind; what is the easiest and quickest way to get into her pants. EVEN if you're in a relationship where you've never had sex but love each other, sex is one of the primary things in a guy's mind.

If a man sees a beautiful woman on the street, you really think the first thought in his head is how to get into a relationship with that girl? The first thought in any man's head is: Damn, that's hot. I'd do her.

Regardless of actually chasing her or whatever, that thought is the very first thought in a man's head when he sees an attractive woman. Even men in relationships tend to react that way, even more so when in a group.

It's how we, as a gender, are programmed to think. And that doesn't make me an asshole, that makes all straight men assholes. And thus, doesn't really make me stand out at all from anyone else.

I never said that all men date women just to fuck. I said that the initial attraction is based on lust, not on love. The first thing a guy thinks about when seeing an attractive woman is how sex would be with that women, not how many children he wants to have with her. It's a very basic male fact.

I don't know about Chris. If you guys met for the first time in a bar then he just might have, I don't know. But as far as I know, you two met online and got together after knowing each other for a long time. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the initial attraction, the first look. I also didn't say that we think about sex exclusively, where did you get that from?

And there is a difference between thinking and doing. I never lied to girls about sex/love but there are guys who do, which is stupid. Telling a girl you'll love her forever and yada yada while you know up front you're just in it for the pussy is, indeed, an asshole thing to do. That does not take away the fact that most, if not all, men think about having sex with that cute blonde that just walked past. That's the initial attraction, lasting like 5 seconds, but it's there.

And seriously, you can't judge if a guy is 'like me' or not because no guy will ever show that side of himself to a girl. What do you expect them to say to you? "Yeah, I know you have a boyfriend, but you're hot non the less and I'd do you."

guess what? i don't hate Havoc. i never have done. whoopidoo he's irritating at times, and can be extremely peripheral, but i don't find that a good enough reason to hate. i hate Ackro, and Sally is my nemesis, but that's it.

While I certainly don't agree with this:

Havoc does have a point that initial attraction is based on lust. But that's kind of a given, because how could it be based on anything else if it's a person you've never met before? Although I think it's going a bit far to say every guy thinks about having sex with any good looking girl he sees.

But what I really want to say is; girls aren't actually so different. It seems to me that the stereotypes over-emphasise guys' sex-drive and under-emphasise girls' sex-drive.

I grew up presented with both of those stereotypes and in my early teens I believed that was the way it was; guys liked sex and girls hardly gave it any thought. But having had a few close female friends since then (only one of whom was romantic, and that one's been my girlfriend for 3 and a half years now), I quickly learned that girls are just as interested in sex as guys.

So basically all I'm trying to say is, Havoc does have a point, but that applies equally to girls as it does to guys - we're not the completely alien creatures to each other that it's often made out like. But I'm probably just rambling about stuff everyone already knows, so I'll shut up now :p

Why anyone would hate him is beyond me. THis is a forum, and if someone seriously spends time and energy to HATE someone it's their loss. I doubt he gives a fuck.


That's also why you shouldn't hate people such as Ackro. They may seem annoying to you, but Ackro is hardly a threat. He just so happens to annoy some folks. But that's hardly hate-worthy either.


Now, I'm not saying I absolutely love these guys, but hating them is just a waste. It's better to accept those we tread these forums with, it would otherwise be a big bunch of flames.


Also... My post complaining about what Havoc said isn't so much against him, but against what he said.. Simply. I hate guys who alter the truth, and manipulate girls into thinking they are cared for, then only to be dumped once the guy has blown his load into her. It makes me sick.
But yea, I know not only guys do this. In fact that are plenty of girl-whores out there too. And some girls tend to be rather evil.

Anyway I still don't believe that every guy initially only thinks about sex. Some guys I've talked to actually WANT to have a meaningful relationship. All guys like sex, and many of them would take any offer (if it was up to their standards I guess). But that doesn't mean that's all they want. I bet if they met a girl, talked a bit to her and they clicked... He'd be more into HER rather than her body.
But then again, I may be just dreaming and totally naive. I just don't think so. Guys are capable to think with more than their dicks(sometimes).
