Yes, but why is there no info on these obscure stores. There is still a small chance that I can find some cool Oddworld stuff there, especially if I go there alot.

That's because these stores tend to be local stores. Most of us, for example, are not going to know of a small stall in a back alley of a quiet village in Norway that happens to sell Oddworld T-Shirts.
