Glad someone saw it Ridg3.

No, there was a hypothesis that if everyone in China was to jump at the same time, they would knock us out of orbit. I don't think they found this to be true.
That's science for you....COMMUNIST STYLE
:
And even without Newton's third law, the planet would shift about an inch, which is less than the natural wobble in the Earth's orbit anyway
lol yesterday at night i saw a huge meteorite burning in the atmosphere,he must have left a few kilometers of trail, but the flash of its tail and explosion were only 3 seconds lasting
He?
Meteorites are not boats, Joe.
He's Croatian.
EDIT: Scraby, that is. Not the meteorite. |
Bob the meteor.
Kratich, the meteorite.
We must meet this Kratich and learn of his strange ways, why did he plummet to the Earth in a suicidal death race? Is there a soft gooey center somewhere beyond that crunchy outer layers?
:
wormholes can escape space.
What's your opinion on those worm-do things?
they can escape space.
hm i saw some delay in transmissions and reports from satelites such as cassini probe, the delay happened becouse of earths gravity and suns gravity made a powerful delay,hm quite interesting this space is :)
yes aliens exist i can prove it, a meteroite landed on earth, on its surface germs were found, that means wherever it came from life was there, germ life.
:
I belive in aliens simply because of the size of the universe, however I dought we have met or seen any yet |
:
Some amino acids that are similar to those found in Earth biology were found. That's not proof of life. |
It's proof of the building blocks needed for life being out there which increases the chances however it does not mean we have found any life.
Any of you watch the news in the past month?
Earth-like planet found around Gliese. Can't remember if it was b, c or d. The planet is much closer to it's star than Earth is to Sol, though Gliese is a red dwarf, so the 'Goldilocks Zone' therefore, is much closer than ours would be. Sad considering the star is close to death, since it's already been through the red giant phase, by the time we achieve space flight (if...), the star would probably die, thus, the planet in question wouldn't be open to habitability. |
This is new news to you? I know you live in Ireland but even they have modern news channels Dixy.
There are a few goldilocks planets in the Gilese system apparently. |
It was speculated, but only recently proven.
By the time the news hit, this thread was in dormancy. I didn't want to bump it back. |
there are life forms, and aliens around the galaxy, but they dont quite have interest in us cuz we are not a space empire. Some scientist say that at a constant acceleration of 1G a human might travel 1000light years trough his life, reatching near the speed of light but that still needs to be rigged up by the scientist and proven with practical work.
Wait, Scraby says there are life forms. Ah ok, let's tell the scientists to cancel their research, we have a verdict.
Also...space empire? We're not Space Marines guy. Not yet...not yet! |
They don't want to make contact with us because we're a barbaric, highly aggressive species.
And laugh at our idea of 'religion'. |
:
If you're going to do a stupid nerdy reference then at least do it right. |
We are not the Imperium sounded wrong.
:
:
If we are talking about our aggressivnes,if there are more sentinent species in space, then some of them might be tens or mabe thousands of times aggressive then humans...(*cough*like blowing a planet into infernos....*cough*)
And?
:
:
Beat 'em up and steal their lunch money.
:
For example: |
strange,if we were alone in the universe, how come that we came into existance if there is nobody for trillions of light years, that would be strange, cuz if there wasnt a planet with life busted, the bacteria would have never came to earth...
:
If you're suggesting that bacteria has to come from somewhere; where did it first come from? |
THE MOON
