I liked the first Darkness just for the novelty of the gameplay. The comics were crap. As was the voice acting in the game. Jackie sounded so fucking bored. Okay, even if you are a ruthless hitman for a crime family, if you're suddenly possessed by some wonky demon, how are you not freaking the fuck out? Come on.

Super hyped for the MGS collection. I've heard nothing but good things for Peace Walker and MGS3 so it'll be neat to be play them on the 360.

I have no idea what's going on in that Saint's row 3 trailer but it looks cool so it must be cool!!!

Saints Row hasn't disappointed so far, that trailer looks pretty cool.

Then again his series fell flat on its back when he was abandoned by Insomniac, but it's still sad to watch game series do this.

Aaand it's failed. According to the people with access to the demo, the graphics have moved on from 12 years ago but the gameplay hasn't. Oh well. We'll just wait another decade for the sequel.

Prey 2: Essentially Stranger's Wrath in space. Apart from, y'know, everything.

Actually the main criticism is that it plays like a modern FPS and not Duke Nukem 3D. Pretty good play through of the two demo levels here. I really love the feel of the first section, second section not so much.

Well after sitting through a fourty minute video last night and having a DN3D marathon today I'm inclined to go with my end on this one.

Journey looks cute and relaxing, I hope it isn't a PS3 exclusive, I want to play that.

Prototype 2 looks really similar to the first one. Not necessarily a bad thing but I want to see something new.

Journey looks fantastic; really reminds me of the atmosphere of Ico and SotC. Looks like the developer's last game, Flower, was a PS3 exclusive as well, though, so this probably won't be multiplatform either.

Prototype 2 interests me as well - I quite enjoyed the first game's plot (I'm probably in the minority there), so I'm interested in how the second game's plot links in (why is Mercer the bad guy now?).

e: between The Last Guardian, the Ico HD collection and now Journey, I have to ask why are all the cool artsy games Playstation exclusives

Yeah, I'll be disappointed if Journey won't be coming to the 360. :(

I grew up with the original Spyro the Dragon series and this makes me really sad. Why can't they just take him back to the original gameplay?

Because game design has evolved since the PS1 era and they're trying to follow the current trends?

The problem here is that classic Spyro was one of the games that basically shaped the 3D platforming genre. It hasn't really gone anywhere since then, they're just trying to bring MORE HARDCORE into it.

Which is terrible.

I'm not going to like Far Cry 3, just how I didn't like the second. I want my fucking beast-man powers, eating flowers and destroying alien-mutants with rocket launchers.

I do not want getting sick in the woods and being shot by black people, while being in an African version of GTA.

That looks fucking amazing. Who's your man there? Are those to scale with the character or is it a new type of ogre perhaps?

I read on Wikipedia too, in Skyrim, dragons may spontaneously attack cities. Go into a shop, come back out, there's a fucking dragon killing people.

Damn, I can't wait. I need to get Oblivion back, which Ridg3 has.

The game play for Paxton Fettel looks bad ass. I’m glad they introduced Co-op to the series.

The Mech battles look intense as well.

It's a Giant, about twice character height. They're generally peaceful, living a nomadic life and tending to their mammoth herds. They don't take much interest in civilisation. You can talk to them about anything you want, provided you want to talk about mammoths.

You can customize the video size and frame color etc when you press the embed button. But i'm not sure what you mean by custom times.

WTF! No Dark Brotherhood(or anything similar)? I thought the thieves guild sucked in Oblivion. Basically stealing overall was pointless. Can't believe they picked that over an assassins guild. There it least better be Argonians as a playable race.

Don't worry, Dark Brotherhood IS going to be in it. They were the first guild to be announced.

Previous races will be in it, including Argonians. They've all had an overhaul to make them more individualistic.

As long as I can tread fall forests in dusk with rain pissing on me, cleaving a goblin's head in two, I'm sorted.
