Read the video description. It says it doesn't.

Manco 04-09-2011 04:52 AM

Ah, okay then. That's what I get for not watching it on the Youtube site.

Ridg3 04-09-2011 05:35 AM

Most impressive Minecraft structure ever.

DarkHoodness 04-09-2011 05:53 AM

Hot damn, that is good. Shame they used a texture pack though.

Manco 04-11-2011 01:45 AM

Came across this video, thought you guys would appreciate it:

DarkHoodness 04-11-2011 01:49 AM

WTF BOOM indeed. :D

Hulaabeo 04-11-2011 02:09 AM

Has anyone tried to start a server yet? I'm quite anxious to see what us oddworld fans can conjure with our minds. Perhaps a Rupture Farms Project?

Wil 04-11-2011 02:43 AM

Hahaha, I love that he drops all 128 gold ingots before the explosion, therefore guaranteeing their loss. :D

enchilado 04-11-2011 02:58 AM

That was hilarious.

Ridg3 04-11-2011 09:53 AM

This is fun.

Stuff I've found out recently on what not to do in Minecraft:

1) Do NOT use lava as a substitute for a fireplace if you have a flammable floor near it at the same height as it - Even with glass over it and a stone block separating it, it WILL glitch, your wool floor WILL be set on fire, and you WILL lose it and anything flammable near it.

2) On a multiplayer server, when it gets dark and someone else is in a bed but you aren't, do NOT leave the server. It will cause the server to crash.

3) Typing "/kill" to kill yourself so that you can respawn and get your health back without using any consumables isn't a good idea - If the server crashes while you're running back to get your stuff that you dropped, you'll probably lose your stuff.

This game hates me. :P

For me, it's never done that. Could be a server problem, not every server has that.

Wil 04-11-2011 02:26 PM

Yeah, I've done that second thing without any problem before. I think you're just on a server that crashes a lot.

DarkHoodness 04-14-2011 05:12 PM

BUUUUURN! MWHAHAHAHAH! Constructing this thing is definitely worth the ongoing effort!

CrissCross 04-14-2011 05:21 PM

I WANT THIS SKIN

Dynamithix 04-14-2011 07:36 PM

THEN USE THAT SKIN

Wil 04-15-2011 03:21 AM

Seems like most of your cock ups are due to facing skeletons with ridiculously low health.

Ridg3 04-15-2011 09:38 AM

1:03 of that video wasn't really suicide. It was more like execution.

dripik 04-16-2011 03:27 AM

:

There’s been significant feature creep (we’ve got powered rails now(...)

Does anyone have an idea how would this be different from the furnace-powered cart we already know? Would we get tracks which are redstone-powered?

And it says that 1.5 will be coming out next week.

Crashpunk 04-16-2011 03:50 AM

Like the new lighting effect i'm sure they will be an option to turn the weather off.

Phylum 04-16-2011 04:24 AM

Don't be so sure. Weather affects the gameplay, so it may not be optional.

That said, you can turn the fucking enemies off in Minecraft.

Wil 04-16-2011 05:08 AM

Have fun legitimately crafting TNT and bonemeal without them, though.

Ridg3 04-16-2011 09:13 AM

I can legitimately craft TNT without them.

Wil 04-16-2011 09:50 AM

To be fair, yes, dungeons are easier with hostile mobs disabled.

dripik 04-16-2011 09:53 AM

But as such, Dungeons become Boring Hidden Saddle Caches.

Manco 04-16-2011 11:12 AM

Why would you even play on Peaceful? Half the game's fun is the sense of dread that comes from exploring in the dark.

Wil 04-16-2011 11:20 AM

If you're engrossed in a building and project and keep getting pissed off by the frequent nights and the enemies it brings with it.

Wings of Fire 04-16-2011 11:41 AM

My first building project back in Novemeber was blown up by a Creeper. I'll keep my Peaceful on thank you.

Manco 04-16-2011 11:48 AM

Psht, having Creepers blow up your constructions just teaches you to be more careful.

Wimps.

enchilado 04-16-2011 12:38 PM

I play on Hard and eat skeletons for breakfast, bitches.
