A biased teacher is a crappy teacher :( You can't just fail a student because you simply did not 'like' the material that he wrote about! Did the teacher ever say that he did not accept pornographic writing? I bet not. They should have all signed contracts that they understand this is not acceptable.

It's fake, just like the million other fake book reports that follow the same basic formula.

It probably is... But teachers get biased over even less than that. It gets on my nerves when I hear about biased teachers, and there should be some law against them, cos they essentially hold the students' futures in their hands.
