Nice art...but not for a 3D Yar's Revenge game! I would rather see a game based off the Atari Force comic book that came with the original game, Yar is supposed to be a grotesque space fly not some hot anime bimbo... |
L.A. Noire is definitely looking interesting. I'm going to buy it for sure.
|
A return to form for the FPS. Recalls the bouncy PS2 shooters of yesteryear, with massive trucks and arial acrobatics. Contains big guns, bigger jetpacks, even bigger vehicles and even biggerer dinosaurs.
That's right, dinosaurs. Stunningly realistic graphics + Post-apocalyptic megacity + Big lumbering mecha = most ambitious indie game ever? Also features explosions, jet engines and Russians. Set to become Strike Witch's new favourite game.* http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2011/03/Hawken-03.jpg http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2011/03/Hawken-02.jpg http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2011/03/Hawken-01.jpg *In theory, anyway. I'm not sure she likes multiplayer shooters. |
Orion Prelude or whatever looks dumb as fuck, but that mech FPS looks nice.

Turok did, I liked that game.
I mean the overshadowed but enjoyable one that came out 2 years ago, not the horrible glitchy one for Xbox/PS2. Oh god, that was so bad. |
This one?
http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...CAGl1qD0Gg&t=1 I had fun with the demo. Might buy it since it's only about 5€ here. |
Wow, you're so young.
Not that Turok http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/7...huntercove.jpg This Turok. |

Oh.
Right. I didn't actually read his post, just what was quoted in yours. But yeah, the new Turok games suck. The last good one was the multiplayer fragfest one. Rage Wars, I think? |
Orion Prelude literally just looks like Halo Multiplayer with a T-Rex thrown in. I do not like it.
Also, if I remember Rage Wars was a big pile of turds and the new Turok game was awesome. It was just kind of hard. |
Rage Wars was a multiplayer game, you probably remember playing by yourself because you're a lonely freak, whilst hip Joe was racking up the frags with his big bro.
yeah |
I never played it. I just remember all of my friends who had it saying they didn't like it.
And I'm pretty sure this was grade school, where kids liked this crap at face value. |
I remember now.
Turok Evolution. I vaguely remember a big hype about it before it came out, but it totally sucked when it did. No checkpoints, glitchy as hell, and AI... Oh god, the AI... |
Different Turok reboots.
|
Aww shite nigger |
SOOOOOOOO BROOOOOOOWN
|
Haven't you heard? Real is brown.
|
Not according to Gears of War and GTA IV. Although I don't know if I prefer brown or gray.
|
San Andreas was plenty brown.
|
I'd call you racist if that weren't completely true in more than a racial aspect.
|
Brown games get a lot of hate, even if they have a setting where it makes sense for there to be a brown tinge.
|
San Andreas had more of a yellow tinge, I feel.
|
Eh, I always thought it was more of an orange-amber colour.
|
I didn't know that it was set on Mars.
|
That looks more like Mars than Red Faction: Guerilla did.
|
Mars needs moms!
|
Gun: Point blasty end at mans.
More uninspired but plenty pretty shootage. |
New Batman: Arkham City looks gorgeus!
Also, this little platformer game called Fez looks cute. |
Just so everyone knows, World Of Tanks is out next month. Commies versus Cappies versus Faschies. Who will win?
