Yes please.
A firesword gabbit sounds evil. Try...Mud? Slig? I dunno. |
AG, please don't double post. Use the Edit button.
|
ooc: Yes, I said you could edit or change your profile. Also, I recommend you take notice of the 'edit' button in the bottom right corner of your posts. This will let you edit old posts so you won't have to double-post.
Good to see you back, Alex! Grace and Dion are waiting for Dripik. Anni and Jim are sort of waiting for Chronicler (to see how he reacts to Arnie's message), but if he doesn't post in the next few days I'll have them talk to Ralph or notice Mars. |
YA!
Wait, what about what's going on here? I WANT ATTENTION!!! |
OOC: Thanks Splat :)
Mars, I think you should wait a little longer for more posts. I'd expect two posts per week really, don't go in expecting more than that or you'll probably be disappointed. |
YOU'RE RIGHT!
Why do you have to be right... |
Strange, I've waited days. Where is everyone? HELOOOO?
|
Say, looking back on my old posts, I'm thinking that when I said:
Before I talk to Skleros I'll get a job: I really had no clue how long It would take to get a job here. lol |
MM, the odds are we're all waiting for somebody else.
|
Okay, but can I ask you something? How do you get those ranking title things like you have 'riot slug'?
|
OOC:
I believe I speak for everyone where when I say, your previous comment was both irrelevant and in the wrong place. Do not ask for general help in this thread. Please do not double or triple post (by posting 2/3 messages in a row), it is both against the forum rules and very inconsiderate. As for the RPG, you must have a little patience and give it some time. If you keep posting here about irrelevant topics, you may well find yourself annoying some admins. |
Sorry. No more posting twice. And I'll look at the faq next time.
|
ooc: Mars, I'd like to point out that posting excessively can lead to you getting an infraction (which is the first step to getting temporarily banned from the forums). I hope this doesn't sound threatening, but I want to point this out. Use the edit button instead of double-posting and do NOT post just to say nothing's happening. That's a little like posting to tell us that the sky is blue.
|
OOC: I know but REALLY you guys take forever. And I've learned my lesson. Alex yelled at me too...
And all this OOC is driving me crazy. |
OOC: Good things come to those who wait. Normally the action is passed betwwen members i.e. Post an action, wait for their reaction. So we're all waiting too, you know.
|
Though the last post of actual gameplay was on October 20th! I'm sorry i'm just impatient. Sorry.
|
OOC: It's only been six days. Is that so long? I used to have to wait literally weeks. Anyway, I'm going to shut up before the OOCPs get out of hand.
|
ooc: Mars, shut up and wait! You're really getting on my nerves and if you keep posting for no reason I am going to infract you for it! You are making this thread really messy (18 posts on this page already and not one of them IC, most of them by or because of you) and it's making me lose patience.
|
ooc: Right, it's been twenty posts since the last time someone wrote the letters 'IC' in this fair thread, and so I quit waiting and I'm gonna go back to saving my RPG... Uh, Dripik's RPG. *Sticks tongue out at everyone*
IC: (Man, it feels good to type that) Grace looked over his shoulder at the somewhat weedy little Borso, but then he shrugged. At least the slig was enthusiastic, and the other slig and the robot were here now, too. "Right, well I'm going to go out and look for this native, but if one of you wants to go and look for him on the cameras and tell me where he is, that'd help, I'm sure. I have a radio, on frequency 8.5." He muscled his way out of the room, pushing past Dionysia who glared at his back, though he paid her exactly no attention. She looked sourly around the room, resting her attention on #7 Slig, looking at him with insolent expectancy, waiting for him to explain what was going on and what his oh-so-wonderful plan would be. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Anni and Jim both looked up as the message blared overhead. When Arnie's shouting faded to a ringing silence, Jim looked around. "Um." Anni's face was glowing with excitement, but before she could say anything, Ralph spoke. Ralph rolled his eyes, "Doesn't sound like anyone in this factory does their jobs properly. Anyway, I know the boss didn't assign me to this job, but my job was up there in the packaging area, along with two other people who never bothered to show up. So I figured I'd come down here and help get things started and then maybe someone could help me out up there." Anni shrugged, "Well most things get done here, don't they? The place is still running. Anyway, maybe me and Jim could go upstairs in a bit and you can help Skullik down here!" She pointed to the hulking outlaw. Jim, foreseeing this as an attempt by Anni to get away from work and, horror of horrors, maybe even go and look for this native, started to speak then, "Um, maybe it'd be better if you stay-" "Anyway," Anni declared loudly, "What we're doing is," She glanced at Jim, "Meat comes through that little hatchways and down the conveyor and gets ground up and then over there it gets pounded. So we have to make sure it's getting mushed up properly and then if it doesn't we probably mess with the controls until it does." Jim couldn't help noticing that this was very nearly a word-for-word copy of what he'd just said in answer to the same question, and said pointedly, "Anni, how long have you worked here?" She grinned at him angelically. |

IC: Borso looks at Grace with great interest, "Good luck then!". Borso chuckled and waved a little bit. Borso turned to Arnie, "Don't worry sir, you're safe with me!". Borso lit his cig while he waited for Arnie. He walked over to Arnie and offered him his lighter.
OOC: BTW, what exactly is Grace? I didn't see it in the profile thread. Thanks Splat! |
ooc: He's a very large slig, though smaller than a big-bro. And the characters are outside of the boss's office while Arnie is in his office with the door closed.

IC: Hembar said nothing, but simply nodded curtly to the robot (SU-01) and started making her way away from the factory. She was still suspicious, and it showed by the dim glow still surrounding her hands, so she wasn't going to stop or let her guard down until they were well out of range of the snoozer. Being careful to avoid any still operational security cameras, she kept walking until they were well away from the factory on the outskirts of the stockyards but still within the Rupture Farms area. Finally stopping, her hands dimmed down again as she accepted that they were safe now. "Now, what am I going to do with you?" she thought aloud, looking at the meech (Crunchy). OOC: I'll post as Ralph later. |
-----IC-----
The female Mudokon nodded to him and walked into the stockyard, with the Meech following her. SU-01 waited until he lost their heat signatures. "Mission completed..." he said to himself. He has managed to stop a terrorist action without hurting anyone. However, it was almost certain that the natives would come back. If it happened, he would have to kill everyone of them...Against his will. He turned over and went back into the factory. He took a different path, and saw some paramites along the way. He even had to burn some paramites webs that were blocking the way with his flamethrower. He finaly arrived in front of the main stair, leading the the first floor. The basement was everything but under control and paramites were only one stair away from the machinery and the employees. "I'll have to mention this to the boss when I'll get to talk to him." he thought He headed to the boss office to make his report. |
OOC:I swear to the God I don't belive in that I will post soon. Stuff keeps coming up.
|
OOC: Apologies for double post.
IC: Crunchy looked around over this place of rusting metal. Cages stretched as far as he could see, apart from grey mud on the horizon. He peered up at his saviour (Hembar). They were safe now, but she seemed distracted. What was he to do now? The only thought he could muster hit him. 'I'm hungry.' He lifted his head and pointed into his beak, hoping she would understand. |
OOC: Hi guys, just letting you know I'm alive. On a side note, I am sorry about the triple post. I didn't know. Also I will post IC when Splat notices me. Okay? Alright. Now let me finish these zombie muds...
|
ooc: Waiting for Dripik and Gretin.
|
OOC: Waiting for Dripik (and a job!)

I'M WAITING ON SPLAT!
