Does this precious mud go by the name Ed by chance?

Where's ED perhaps. We also have to take into account if it's a mudokon talking with their slang.

It sounds like they'll release a full image, but until then, let's guess what the Mud's holding!

We've said it could be a gun or some kind of other bomb or weapon... what else could it be? Why would the number on the bomb match the number on his chest? And what's the significance of "010101BB"?

To me it looks kind of pointy at the right end... some kind of drill?

EDIT: That thing by his left hand that we thought looked like a stitch earlier may be a chain attached to the object he's holding... is it something like an explosive ball-and-chain? That's all I can think of with the matching numbers

I should have posted it hours ago, but did you guys work out that anagram? I think I half worked it out manually. I just want to make sure it's still relevant first.

Some kind of mine that's attached to them that blows up if they try to leave, or something you might stake into the ground... anyone else have any ideas? He looks like he's looking at something/somebody he's interacting with or is about to interact with

To me, it looks like the Mudokon is holding a prisoner/slave number sign. The number is also the same written on him so I'm guessing that's his slave number?

The Mudokon is a Slave with a Slave-Number on his Breast. Carrying a Missile. The Background looks familiar to me - Necrum. In Exoddus we had a Glukkon as General. Are they tryin to Bomb the Moon away ?!

Number on the thing Mudokon holds reminds me binary code.

First post, just checking in, any chance the bomb is some kind of container? BB could stand for bone brew or brew bomb or something, also 101010 is * in binary.

As per OWI's tweet I tried to take a closer look at the photo. All I could manage to find is highlighted here. Thought initially the X etchings were paper creasings but they're too perfect to be random.. But then again who knows..

Those X markings on down-right are part of a (military like?) fence I guess.
I think this shot was taken at the slig barracks.

The bottom left "X markings" are just a structure like a metal truss or something. The bottom right ones look like stitches on the side of his torso.

@Syrum The X pattern near the mudokon seems to be the loincloth which is sewn like that, the more X markings I think it's a fence, and that X on the top.. could it be that there is the Mudokon Moon, like in that user's drawing xD.
