The down left piece has got his head on it. And the one in the middle on the top row should be on the left, as there is the "round fence thing" which is bigger than on the right so it probably goes on the left
Edit: I'm unsure about the left piece having his head on it I think is head is just blurred

This is where I’m at now: I can’t find a good spot for the blue piece.

The piece with the writing (W?RED) has creases which connect to the creases on the top left image in the posts above.

The spiral in lower grey is almost certainly the top of a barbed wire fence, so it would have to be rotates so its horizontal
I think you're right about those fitting together, lookin at the barbed wire spiral

if you rotated it counter clockwise and pushed it over so theres a gap where his head should be, i think thats the final picture

In this cleartext I decoded earlier which led to the hidden repository stuff, "dot io" comes up a second time. At the time, I was unable to get that portion of morse before it correctly decoded, thus I was unable to find another working URL. Perhaps there is one after all, and it could yield additional puzzle pieces or something else? Also, has there yet to be a use for the numbers 12 and 20 used to solve the earlier "??" puzzles? Or the directional arrows? I feel like maybe we're missing something here.
