Recently (not really recently anymore), I've noticed JAW responded to my concerns more than at the beginning, so I can't really say they're not listening.

I think they've got a pretty good grasp on what New 'n' Tasty was praised for, what it was criticised for, and what the hardcore fans generally are looking for. It will be interesting to see what they'll decide to change in the Exoddus remake, from NnT's design, particularly regarding visual style since concerns/praise will contradict each other.

I'd like to see them take on some visual suggestions. Not necessarily because I agree with all their points but enough people want a less styalised look that I think their opinion should be taken into consideration. Although they shouldn't expect it to completely shed the visual style because it was probably the most consistently praised part of the game.

I for one look forward to seeing Necrum Mines 2.0 featuring mineshafts decked out in Christmas lights.

Hrmmmm. Crazy and deluded fan speculation coming! I don't normally do this but I thought it would be fun to give Wil or OWI_alex a little headache or facepalm. Shortly before Stranger mobile & Munch Vita's releases they became the first games showcases on oddworld.com's slideshow. New n Tasty is now the first slide again and I thought nothing of it. It is the new game after all. But someone just asked on Twitter whether NnT PC was coming. They got the usual response but then this happened:

Is New 'n' Tasty PC imminent? I 100% think so and there's obviously no doubt regardless of what Wil or owi_alex says.

It's been "imminent" for about 7 months, now.

Some fans only wants a game that isn't buffoonnish (and not a "mature" oddworld). Seems now totally impossible.
